Good Premise Great Lead Meh Supporting Actors
Was pumped to hear Justin was in a lead for a show with this premise, but if these bottom of the barrel supporting actors don't crash and burn this show it will be a miracle. Might take some time for show to find it's footing. I hope they do. Justin deserves a show with a great premise like this and an improved cadence. There is potential. Let's hope it ramps up before it gets the axe. Justin kicked ass on Smallville. Hopefully they let him shine in this show and move past silly tropes and truly let his Witt out. The writers better feed him some great unforgettable lines. If it going to be so Canadian why do they have to fake the US.
Naomi (2022)
Good idea slow turtle pace boring
I like the characters and look of show but the pace is agonizingly slow for a comic book action show. This show should learn from Arrow and let the restraints off the action. I want this show to be good and am 10 episodes deep and I hope it course corrects. Cool characters but take the governor off and let this show fly.
FBI: Most Wanted: Whack Job (2022)
Bizarre Fun Good Character Development
This was a campy fun episode that allowed character development to shine. Really enjoyed how they wrote the ending with Aaron Joseph's character at the end. They should almost find a way to write His character into the show where he enrolls in FBI and is plucked into their team because of his street smarts. Loved the cat and mouse chase in this one and the cop on the run had that good love to hate factor written in. The dialogue about the jello was a fun way to lift character of the new lead in the team. Did a good job of balancing dark twisted themes with lighthearted fun themes. Loved this episode.
Chicago P.D.: Instinct (2021)
Amazing guest star
Top 3 guest stars of the whole series. Chemistry with Adam was great. Stand out episode. Great to put a CI front and centre and address addiction too. Compelling story.
S.W.A.T.: Stigma (2020)
Highest Rated Episode of Season for a Reason
Truly impactful tear jerker vulnerable writing here. Implementing real world resources for suicide prevention in this episode was a classy move. Short action sequences took back seat to more heart felt moments. A welcome change for the show. Really adding character depth in this one.
