Antwan Against All Odds (2023)
Surprisingly Good And Well Done
Although only two episodes have been released at the time of writing, this series massively outshines the other recently released Dhar Mann series "Jay and Mikey" which was a complete mess, while this series has structure, a thought out plot, and clear effort, something which Jay and Mikey, as well as most Dhar Mann content is lacking. It does have it's Awkward moments, being a Dhar Mann production, but it feels far more genuine than anything else Dhar Mann related.
Azeem Vecchio is a fantastic actor, which can be seen in his performance in this series, where he plays a far darker and more tragic character than he typically plays in most Dhar Mann videos, and he does it very well.
The same can be said for the series as a whole, oddly enough, the Dhar Mann formula works pretty well in a darker setting, hopefully there is more similar content to come.
Jay & Mikey: Jay Gets His First Job (2023)
The worst piece of media I have ever consumed
I am sort of fascinated by Dhar Mann, due to how deep the rabbit hold goes, so I was curious when I heard this series was being made.
When it released I found I was not a fan, I have lots of problems with the series as a whole, but this particular episode is probably the worst piece of media I have ever come across, it's gross, it's poorly written, I have no idea who would even enjoy watching it.
The writers for this episode should be fired, it's that bad.
The other episodes are significantly better than this one, if you want to watch the series in full I would highly recommend skipping this one entirely.
Ready Jet Go! (2016)
Terribly annoying
Every single thing in this show is annoying. Especially the main character. It's the same trope that has been done so many times before, you know the show Marvin Marvin? It's basically the same.
I genuinely think this show is terrible. Pbs kids does this weird thing where most of their shows are very good, but there are also just a few that are absolutely terrible. This isn't calioue (probably spelled that wrong) bad, but it's still pretty terrible.
Can't think of a single positive aspect, other than the live action segments at the end being fine.
