Guntur Kaaram (2024)

Guntur kaaram- not spicy enough for the race

Guntur kaaram is a Telugu film directed by Trivikram, starring, Mahesh Babu, Sree Leela, Meenakshi and others.

Director Trivikram, known for his writings and dialogues somehow failed this time to impress the audience and his true mark was missing. The film is a regular commercial film where the content can be seen rarely and the mass elements more. Being it, their 3rd venture The fans kept their expectations too high and the result was initially decided too. When launched the glimpse, felt like a feast to the fans and enough for them to get into it. Slowly, when the songs were released, people gave mixed reactions and music composer Thaman failed to generate the vibe. And the post trailer launch moments were wild as the expectations dropped and people felt routine. Now, when the movie is all ours, we are set in a dilemma, whether to accept it or not. Trivi's storytelling this time may not be satisfying.

Story is the same old faded one, where the lead Ramana (Mahesh Babu) is disowned by his mother and called again by her as the situation persists , he leads there, and helps her with the work needed. Entire film contains his journey from Guntur to Hyderabad and nothing else. Few conversations are created between the leads just to keep us engaged. The love track was kind of lovable yet, drags the screenplay. The interval has no bang and fails to create interest. And, in the 2nd half, the comedy, fights and the family drama were shown properly and has a good amount of mixed emotions in it. That's it, nothing else to be expected. This definitely has the ability to be liked by the families as the main aim is to satisfy them. Trivikram's movies have a great repeat value. Ex, Khaleja, Athadu, Jalsa. Now this is quite contrary to it .

The only positive is Mahesh Babu. He is finally back in his vintage form. Watching him act naturally brings cheers among the audience. The mannerisms and dialogue delivery stands best and having no social message should be the prime reason for audience to book the tickets. He literally gave his best, watching bob and Sree Leela dance together gives so much of high. But, Meenakshi chowdhary's character was unnecessary and this exactly reminds me of trivi saying " akkada space ledhu, space create chesukunnam".

Thaman' s bgms were quite energetic but as said earlier, the vibe was missing. DOP Manoj Paramahamsa's work was definitely impressing. Overall, this film is that type of film which is released just for the sake of a release and to give a comeback. Though the comeback by MB is satisfactory, Trivikram and Naga Vamsi (producer) are the ones responsible for the bombing of this film. It's a forceful Sankranti release, just to entertain families and to chill in theaters. The price hike of rs 115 was definitely not needed.

Truly, a good watch for the dhfms and the familes. This sankranti Atmos is a ride of vintage bob and definitely a whole new experience.

Keedaa Cola (2023)

Keedaa Cola - A fresh and fizzy beverage to finish off

Keedaa cola is a 2023 Telugu film directed by Tharun Bhascker, starring, the GOAT Brahmanandam, Chaitanya rao ( 30 weds 21) fame, Roadies Raghu, Rag Mayur, Jeevan Kumar, Vishnu and the OG's Tharun Bhascker and Jeevan Kumar. What attracts me the most is this caper genre. Movies made in this genre stands best and never disappoints, in short, these kind of films have good repetitive value. Its more like a comfort watch for the youth.

Now coming to the story, as seen in the trailer, the entire story depends on one cockroach, the trouble it caused etc, the more I say about it, less interesting it becomes. Being honest, its a routine Tharun Bhascker film ( in a positive way), his significance can be seen in the entire film. The dialogues written by him are just hilarious, literally its a laughter therapy. The camera work and editing by upendra are simply superb. The acting by the lead never felt boring and dramatic. It was perfect till the end, emotions and the intense were maintained throughout the movie. The GOAT Brahmanandam's presence is sufficient to deliver laughs.

The other thing that I liked the most are the characterisations of the cast. It was very well designed esp Tharun's character. They were dark and satirical. Mad stuff by Vivek Sagar. His mass composition , bgms added the rough / massy element in the screenplay. The baddies characters were very well suited to the actors.

Overall, its a fun watch, give your time to it , let the dopamine kick in. All the characters and the screenplay acts in the same rhythm. The 2hrs of complete madness and laugh riot will make your weekend better and will not keep you dissatisfied. So, can this be called as hat-trick for Tharun? Yes, its definitely a hat-trick for Tharun, his writings and acting made the cut. Cant say more, experience this madness in your nearest theatres. The Keeda in the cola is excited to see you'll in the theatres laughing...

Leo (III) (2023)

Leo- Keep calm and prepare for battle

Leo is a 2023 Pan Indian movie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, starring, Thalapathy Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon and others. Leo is out & out Loki's mass entertainer. It does have the elements expected from the makers, but thought few were left and were not considered much. As mentioned by the makers, its an adaptation of a Hollywood film named ' History of Violence'. The plot stands same, the run time of this movie's around 90 mins. The touch of loki and Vijay's massy characterisation made it to 2hr 40 mins.

Coming to the story, Parthiban is a wildlife enforcement officer and a family man who has the hold to control the family and the wildlife species. Parthi also runs a cafe which is the main crux of the story. The family lives happily until, the baddies arrive. It all starts, when Parthi gets into a wild brawl with the baddies in his cafe. Which later made him a hero. The other side, the Das team got to know about him& assumed parthi as leo. As parthi is a lookalike of leo. This leads to the start of main conflict.

Is parthi leo? Is he really deceiving the das brothers? How is this a part of Lcu? To get these questions answered, you need to watch the movie. One thing that I liked the most are the posters launched by the team. They were super cool and depicts the character of the hero.

The universe created by Loki stands one of the best moments in the film industries, the interlinking of the movie with other movies is a great step. Considering Leo a part of this cinematic universe, it gets all the expectations covered and highs up the audience's pulse. These references/ moments gives chills indeed. Kudos Loki. Contrast to it, I would also rate this movie as Loki's weakest work, there were just changes made in the story and the action sequences were added. It still lacks the crisp, Loki's obsession towards the robotic cameras needs to be changed or should lead to a creation of a new shooting technique. It felt, he was entirely dependent on these cameras. Again admiring him for using the imax lenses, which made the output of the film look like a brightened saga. This anamorphic lens literally blew the minds of the viewers and took the flick to another level . Also the locations shot, syncs with the lenses. DOP Manoj needs a huge amount of applause for his brilliant cinematography . Top notch screenplay by Ratna Kumar. Editing was actually perfect. VFX works in parts, however the hyena sequence didn't give a high impact.

The film has a good amount of goosebumps and high levels of giving adrenaline rush. The fight sequences, esp, the cafe, car chase is enough to get your tickets booked and make you feel worth it.

Coming to the negatives, Loki na focused more on the characterisation of the protagonist and let away the antagonists characterisation. It was dull and only gives the impact when Ani's bgm is added to it. Now the topic has turned to Anirudh, let me say more about him. He in his recent interview with 'film companion' said that Loki never sat for a music session with Ani and laid trust on him. This is the coherence needed between a director and a music director. Truly, Ani composed one of the best ost's and is enough for all the youngsters and the fans to set these bgms as their callertunes or ring tones. The Das bgm is still grooving in my mind and it wont go away easily.

Verdict As said by the team, the movie doesn't have cool intros with high sounding bgm and an intro song. Its definitely a good attempt by the team.

Keeping the predictable twists and the run time aside, it would defintiely be an enjoyable ride and an action entertainer. The fights and the bgms will be the main reason for the people to watch the movie. For the general audience, it might be an ordinary commercial film. So, Watch it, if you're really involved in Lcu or you want to experience the new avatar of Thalapathy. You wont be disappointed.

Skanda: The Attacker (2023)

Skanda - a senseless massy ride.

Skanda is a film directed by Boyapati Sreenu, starring, Ram Pothineni, Sreeleela, Saiee Manjarekar, and others. As the movie is directed by lord Boya, who is a genre himself. The film is a typical early 2000s flick where you can expect many action sequences massy songs, intros etc. To be honest, I liked this film, as I didnt expect much and kept my logical thinking aside. Those who do the same will receive the same output.

Plot is all about drama and action, the story starts with arrest of an industrialist ( Srikanth) accused of killing, betrayal. In the process to get him out from it and prove him innocent the actual story starts. The screenplay , editing , production values were good and worked out for me. Ram as the protagonist rocked it, his dedication and the hard work was truly seen, actress sreeleela, creating sensation in TFI, managed well yet, didn't match the vibe, and talking about others, they're the regular boya defined characters, esp. The antagonists, it felt as if watching a process to kill rather than showing their true powers as suited or allotted to them in the movie.

The songs except 1 doesn't hold the energy and makes the screenplay dull. The exhausted bgm by Thaman produces nothing but noise. Increasing the sond of a track\ score cant be called as a bgm.

Watching the visuals and fights are enough to entertain. Entertainment will definitely be delivered and the 'Mass' will be maintained throughout the movie.

The 1st half was thrilling and fiery, but the moment you enter the 2nd half, you'll be witnessing the routine emotional melodrama with some messages.

Therefore, watching the visuals and fights are enough to get energized.

Verdict As said by the team, its only for the cults, truly a massy ride, the only reason to watch this is RAPO, done playing the roles of cool, cute, etc for a decade, now he has decided to play the roles which portrays him as massy, fiery and it truly suited him. Boyapati's work can be praised this time too.

Kushi (2023)

Kushi- Not so kushi

Kushi is a 2023 Telugu film starring Vijay Devarakonda, Samantha, murali Sharma, Sachin khedekar etc. Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by mythri movie makers.

Kushi as the name suggests, has fun elements, drama, emotions and everything that'll make you feel exaggerated. Now coming to the plot, Viplav, works as an employee in BSNL Kashmir branch. There, he meets Aaradhya and falls on sight for her. How he'll impress aradhya and what made the actual drama start is the whole plot.

The romance drama shown in the first half felt routine and forced. It's literally the early 2000s technique of making a girl fall in love. Vijay with his impressing skills made Aradhya impressed but not the audience. His tone and the cheesy dialogues can be irritating. Hesham's fresh tunes and bgm will definitely make us fall in the love trance . The Kashmir sequence was just to introduce the characters and the story. And not for anything else. The location was used for the best reason (love) but was not presented in the best way.

As the film is entirely about love and aftermath, the screenplay gets faster in the first half and again it gets paused. The entire story is presented in the trailer and the same way. Viplav marries Aradhya by opposing each other's parents and gets the drama started. The second half is entirely about the post marriage effects. They were shot well but were dragged. Overall, ends with a good note .

The bonding between Viplav and Zoya (Rohini) was shown well and she carries the best emotions in the entire Kerala sequence vis-a-vis Jayram.

Parallel Films like ante sundaraniki, has the same story with added caste element, but, this has something new concept which was interesting and could be liked by few

Music plays an important role in every films, hesham is the aboard for kushi. The bgm and the songs are definitely a huge hit. Still hits you differently when listening it in the hall.

The film is focused.lre on the self respect of every individual and it lasts till the last. The conflict between the fathers of Viplav and Aradhya can be a whole new plot itself.

Coming to direction, Shiva Nirvana directed it well and carried a particular emotion throughout the movie. My pov, Shiva Nirvana is the only director in TFI who can portray emotions and carry it in the best way possible. His previous films like ninnu kori, majili are the best examples of how emotions travelled with the screenplay.

Few sequences like the bike chase, metro fight etc didn't impress and doesn't have any entertaining quality esp the metro fight.

While the new romantic dramas are mostly focused on convincing parents and getting married. Kushi gets it done in the first half and enters in the unseen zone.

However, kushi is the drama needed for the present romeos and Juliets and not for the devdas. Singles might like it and enjoy but may not relate to it. Overall, Kushi is the much needed comeback for both Vijay and Samantha. Not a perfect comeback but yes, a new and good way to start a fresh, new journey.

Verdict, kushi is the wholesome entertainer for this season which can be enjoyed with the family, friends or even solo. It has all the qualities of how a romantic journey starts. Another reason is Hesham Abdul Wahab. Kushi is the perfect musical ride and enough to rule your playlists.....

Bro (I) (2023)

Bro- take it easy bro...

Bro is a 2023 Telugu film starring Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam Tej, kethika Sharma, Rohini and many others, directed by Samuthirakani. The movie is a remake ofTamil film named 'Vinodhaya sitham'. Which is directed by Samuthirakani himself.

The movie starts with the presence of Sai Dharam Tej, who is playing the role of Markandeya, a manager in a textile industry.

Markandeya aka mark always runs behind the time, the time is his daily dose of energy, he wants everything to be done prior. Mark is the only source of income for his family, and these qualities makes him a boomer. While returning from Vizag to Hyderabad by road, he meets with an accident and dies on the spot. This leads meet up with the God of Time ( pawan Kalyan). Mark is given a chance of 90 days to spend his last days with his family. And to take care of his responsibilities.

What all things he can manage in this period and the lessons he learnt during this is the story . Obviously, the self - realisation plays a crucial part in the story. As the time is his sole priority.

The movie's duration is 2hrs and 10 mins and in this period, one thing needs to be praised is the presentation of characters and their impact. Everyone were given equal importance. Pawan Kalyan's acting energises the screen. The way he guides mark, shown very properly. But, in order to bring the vintage kalyan vibes, all the makers can do is to add his previous movie's songs and make people cheer to it. If this is what expected by the title vintage, it would be better to re-release all his movies. The movie is filled with his references. These references aren't a part of the plot, the plot is a part in these references, ( to be noted). It even reduces the energy of the music composer to compose songs. These are just meant for his fans. Others can't enjoy the ride. No importance were given to emotions in the first half . And coming to the interval sequence, it was good, but, it didnt make me await for the later half. However, the interval shot is kind of a god level stuff.

The second half, is completely plot driven, it builds an emotion between the family. Family problems occur in this period and gets covered or solved within a moment. And these parts were shot rushed and runny. Overall, everything gets resolved and creates an emotional ending

The direction is one of the good things in this film. Dir. Samuthirakani handled the plot himself and presented it in a delicate manner. Sai Tej's performance wasn't as engaging as his other movies does.

The sister's roles were just to carry the emotions and they hardly generate gags in few scenes

Pawan Kalyan's political punches and references are enjoyable to few. But the emotions can be seen and carried by everyone. His costumes brightens the screen.kudos to Neeta Lulla.

The lead actress's Ketika Sharma role was not at all fit to plot and the bonding between Tej and Ketika was too filmy.

Thaman's compositions fell flat except the bro anthem.

Trivikram's involvement makes no change in the screenplay or in the dialogues. The dialogues weren't of his level. Basically, his touch went invisible.

Music and dialogues were the drawbacks of the film.

Overall, it's a Pawan Kalyan's show and the other characters are the puppets played in his order.its supposed to be watched with family. The family audience might get connected to this emotional entertainer. But didn't serve me this time. Of course, knowing that it's a remake of a straight ott film, it gives the same vibes. The soul of the original missed in this . Yet all I can say at the end is, It's just for the hardcore fans and the families.

Pathaan (2023)

Pathaan - mass comeback for SRK

Pathaan is a 2023 action thriller Film starring, Shah rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham and others . The film got the hype because of it's cast .The film is directed by Siddharth Anand who previously directed films 'War', 'Bang Bang'. Although talking about his direction, his way of taking is not at all similar and one can easily predict or say that the film is directed by him. It mostly includes flicked scenes and over the top action sequences. Bang Bang which was a remake of the action film 'knight and Day' managed to settle in the minds of people because of its direction, the main story and catchy dialogues. Being repeated the same in war, audience encouraged it and made the movie one of the highest grossers of BFI, Because of the cast and heavy fight scenes.

Same can be expected in pathaan. The story of Pathaan is quite engaging. It revolves around the main lead pathaan and rubai. Coming to the point, Outfit X a private terrorist organisation plans to kill India with its attacks. Jim(John Abraham) the owner of this organisation . Pathaan a (RAW agent) is given the task to stop the attacks. Meanwhile, pathaan came across Rubai (ISI agent) in this process and she starts helping Pathaan. But things don't go in his favour. Why did Rubai help pathaan and what leads to other confrontations and to know more about it , needs to be watched...

Talking about the execution, no sequence is overwhelming neither underwhelming. But one thing to be said is that no scene in the movie can be felt bored or dragged. Every scene tries to elevate the presence of Shah Rukh Khan. But the background score fails to give the rise to the shot. Literally speaking, the background score for jim gives much impact than pathaan's theme.

While there were no songs in the run except besharam rang, which gives the feel of continuation without any interruption or displacement of songs.

The comedy track added may generate laughs to the masses.

The interval bang is literally fiery. And gives the Revenge vibes. Overall, the first and the second half contains little amount of twists which will definitely make us scream out of surprise.

Coming to climax, it falls flat with its pale VFX. Overall, the entire movie is out of the reality and is definitely illogical ( in a positive way) . Let the mass be mass.

To the conclusion, it's a mass comeback for SRK. His presence and performance is enough to pull the audience to the cinema halls. The pcs is definitely 🔥.

Therefore, YRF's spy universe definitely worked.

Watch it and enjoy it....

Waltair Veerayya (2023)

Waltair veerayya - The Sankranthi winner

While the Sankranthi festival plays a crucial role in the Telugu calanders, so does the movies released in this duration. As everyone's set free and each want themselves to get entertained so, these film enthusiasts prefer watching films in theatre. And the films released are mostly made for the masses so, one cant expect a film with good content. You either have to enjoy the film with the fans or prefer to watch it in the ott.

Now coming to this year's release, waltair veerayya starring, Chiranjeevi, Shruthi hassan, rajendra prasad, Bobby simha and others, is a highly recommend movie for the fans and can assure that it'll definitely be an action ride to them. Director K. S Ravindra aka Bobby directed this movie with his own style. Such fanboy movies doesn't only attract the Audience, it remains in their mind for a long time. Same happened with waltair veerayya. The high rise scenes of Chiranjeevi, his comedy timing will definitely gets registered. Also the attempt to bring the vintage chiru back, can be seen. Genuinely saying, the people from the late 80s will like this movie more Than the gen z. Because of bringing back the vintage chiru, as I earlier said.

Coming to the story

Veerayya a person who runs an ice factory, gets into trouble with ACP Vikram Sagar. What actually led to the confrontations, and to know who the antagonist is, needs to be watched.

Performance by the cast was good, moreover it being a mega star's movie leads to his domination. The wishes of many people to see the vintage chiru has been fulfilled by Bobby. The first half was filled with some gags and some unintended puns. While, some people may not find these sequences joyous. Shruthi Hassan did well and the role actually suited her. And entering into the interval sequence, to my utter surprise, it was an ecstatic experience. The mass fight scene and the fiery bgm by Rockstar DSP need to be appreciated. Kudos to them. Overall the first half ends with a good bang.

Second half picks the pace with mass Maharaja Ravi Teja entrance.

The song 'poonakalu loading' is a feast to the fans. To watch their heroes dancing, the audience may start skaking their legs. And nothing keeps the audience engaging, except the fights and confrontations between the protagonist and the antagonist.

The dialogues and the punch lines were very well written and aptly suits to the role of chiru.

The VFX was not at all tolerable and entirely dirturbs the mood. I felt it could've been improved. Another point to be added , is the weak climax, It felt as if I'm watching baaghi 3 .

To be very honest, there's nothing else to be pointed out, except this.

Coming to the conclusion

Waltair Veerayya is a perfect Sankranti film. Don't keep your expectations high, just watch it with the masses . You will enjoy the film for sure.

Godfather (2022)

Godfather- a massy ride of elevations

Godfather is a 2022 film starring, Chiranjeevi, Nayanathara, Satyadev and Salman khan in the form of cameo. Firstly, this is an adaption a 2019 Malayalam movie(Lucifer). It's the highest grosser of the mollywood industry till date. Director Mohan raja has presented this flick(Godfather)in such a way where masses can relate to the original and yet enjoy the Mega star version.

Overview Jay (Satyadev) bassically the antagonist, wants to become the next Chief Minister when the state's Chief Minister PKR seen dead. Being the son-in -law of the ex CM, he starts playing mind games with the party members and tries to manipulate them for the votes and majority.

Bramha(Chiranjeevi) aka Godfather, the son of ex CM , interferes in between Jay's plans. Having huge influence and background , what plans does Bramha makes to stop Jay from being CM and creating menace in the state, needs to be watched.

Keeping the term 'politics' a sub plot, who and what Bramha is, was well showcased and gave the best elevations to the man of masses 'Mega Star' Chiranjeevi.

Director Mohan Raja managed well to not to copy paste the exact. His screenplay saved the film from the trolls. The changes made were impressive and well suited to the frame. The fights and few other sequences were although seemed little dramatic/over the top.

S. Thaman's songs were not upto the mark and therefore feels outdated. But the bgm was somewhat exciting. Production values were lit except some vfx scenes.

Talking about the performances Mega Star Chiranjeevi rocked the role and maintained the same emotion throughout the movie. Having said the story, this is the first time seeing Chiranjeevi in such a way where we can't expect comedy/ romance from him , but just action and elevations. Few dialogues are even relatable with his real life experiences.

Nayanathara as the ex CM's daughter was seen powerful.

All praises to Satyadev for his villainism. His action can never be judged and can never be recreated by others. He was fierce. The same character played by Vivek Oberoi in the original version gives the same impact yet different style.

And Salman Khan, his screen presence made people scream, masoom bhai seen as Bramha's brother from another mother who's ready to help him in tough times.

Other characters supported did well.

Verdict Defeating the losing streak, Mega Star Chiru bounced back with Godfather and justified the original version. Salman Khan's cameo can be said as the crowd puller.

Overall the movie remains overwhelming.

Liger (2022)

Liger- A tale without a tail

Liger is a 2022 Pan Indian film directed by puri Jagannath. Starring Vijay Devarakonda, Ananya Pandey in leads, supported by Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy and also Mike Tyson in form of a cameo.

Story- Liger is a boy from karimnagar( TS) who gets shifted with his mother to the wide spreaded Mumbai. As he has plans to be prepared for MMA which isnt a course but a league called Mixed Martial Arts from a coach/leader (Ronit Roy). The reason behind opting him as a coach, should be watched while it contains a tinge of a twist. When gets the chance of showing his skills ,he proves and becomes a part of the coaching institute. After adapting all the techniques and having defeated the opponent in national levels he paves the way to the MMA league. How and what difficulties he faced during this ,should be watched (not really).

Overview and impressions The flick directed by puri is moreover a commercial and illogical one. The only positive in this movie is the "vijay" . He did his best, as the true work can be seen . But also because of his over confidence led the movie to a dip. The dubbing seems to be very week. The Songs weren't really good and appears suddenly. This what happens when each song is composed by different composers . Although bgm was somewhat good. It suites to the vijay's transformation. Liger is seen with stammering issues which is ok but after few mins it gets annoying.

Dir Puri known for his mass taking, makeover of the hero, impactful dialogues and many more tried to do the same here but it failed miserably. Comparing it with his previous Flicks was a big blunder done by the people.

The dialogues throughout the film felt shrinking and didn't make any impact.

Editing and screenplay were drowsy in their forms

The Characterisation of Ananya Pandey may fulfil to few masses. However her way of acting was intolerable and prodding.

Entire training scenes of Vijay were shown motivating also in such a way that it could make you demotivated because of the descending screenplay.

Mother sentiment added is a big drawback.

Nowadays every film is concentrating on the mothers to make their sons monsters.

Their role is just to motivate you and nothing else. Caring and affection can be seen in few movies.

Biggest factor "Fight" ,itself is missing in it as every match of the league gets covered in a song"attack". Except this song solid fights cannot be seen in the Movie. Felt the fights could've been more .

Abrupt climax. Misuse of Mike Tyson. I don't know why but it seemed Mike Tyson's cameo was senseless and lethargic.

Verdict It was puri who messed it up and not vijay. Liger is therefore a spoiled broth by the creators. It's definitely not worth the hype nor the words.

Hoping for a solid comeback for the duo with "Jana Gana Mana".

Ante Sundharaniki (2022)

Ante Sundaraniki- Mixture of gags and lags

Ante Sundaraniki translates to "seems Sundaram..." is a rom-com ,fun-filled ride,directed by Vivek Athreya, produced by Mythri Movie Makers and music scored by Vivek Sagar .Starring Nani as Sundar prasad and Nazriya as Leela Thomas in lead roles, supported by Naresh,Rohini, Azhalagam perumal,Nadiya, Harsha. And a special aboard which is a surprise. This movie is very different in its elements , when the context is very well known and if to present it is very easy, Vivek Athreya joins hands and makes it in a different way which is his significance. Talking about his previous directorial "brochevarevarura". Ante Sundaraniki follows the same template too. Not in the sense of content but of the screenplay. Can't say confusing ,but attracts very few and this is what makes the movie interesting as well as successful in reaching the minds of audiences.

Story and execution

Story penned by vivek focuses on a Brahmin orthodox family and a Christian family. Sundar Prasad who dreamt of becoming a hero ends up becoming an employee of a company. When Leela is added to his life how he meets her and what all interruptions they've faced to be one is the story ,which involves laughs, emotions etc. Also bringing back Nani to his original form is the major factor as he is known for his comedy timing, expressions etc. His innocence is seen throughout the movie. The scenes of Nani with actor harsha were hilarious. This was the crazy stuff added. Actor Naresh makes us laugh and emotional. The grandmother's role was the crazy creation. People will definitely connect to their ones. Nazriya maintained that cuteness throughout the movie. This makes the pair look lovable. Added soothing songs and bgms by Vivek Sagar is a plus point. Vivek sagar just mesmerized the audience. But coming to the duration of the movie it is lengthy and makes audience bored in some sequences, also the point I earlier said- the screenplay can only be satisfied by few people. I felt that some part of the movie doesn't contain the crisp to connect , although, audience who are mid aged can definitely relate to it. Actress Rohini's acting in the climax especially is the best . Hence, it's a film that can be watched by all.

Verdict

After watching the movies filled with violence, thrilling elements/ suspense, this movie refreshes you with its coolness. And takes you'll in their trance. While watching the movie, a smile will definitely be maintained by the audience .Therefore, Ante Sundaraniki is a film that can be watched with family and keeps you cool in this scorching heat.

Major (2022)

Major - You may take me , but not my Country

Major is a 2022 biopic of one of the heroes of '26/11' attacks, "Sandeep Unnikrishnan" . Diving in his life, all you'll find is patriotism. Which we all knew, but what about his love life ? To present his personal life is the main motto of the movie as well as the makers. So 'Major' is not about how he died, it's about how he lived his life. Talking about the performances, I felt casting crew which includes , Adivi Sesh , Saiee Manjarekar, Prakash Raj , Revathi , Murali Sharma they were very well selected as they did not just perform it they lived in it. Sesh just nailed the role, When released the first look of the Major, everyone felt Adivi Sesh is the lookalike of the Major. This factor made the movie more relatable. Saiee's acting seemed mature enough as compared to her previous works. No need to tell about the other leads (Prakash Raj, Revathi etc). Their style of acting/versatility is impeccable.

Story and execution Sandeep Unnikrishnan a guy who took birth in Kerala,was enthusiastic and dedicated to his deeds. He always wanted to serve the Nation ,hence joins the Indian Army after Completing the training later he becomes the NSG Commandos trainer. When got the news about the 26/11 attacks he gets himself and his troops ready to save the hostages and to finish the darkness spread over the city. How he saves the hostages and plans made by him to kill the terrorists is to be watched.

When , making a biopic the makers focus more on attracting the audience, which often misleads in showing up the reality . But in this case, Sesh just showed his skills as he didn't just meet the family of Sandeep he adopted the nature of him. And this needs appreciation.

The execution was quite decent.

Story and screenplay by Sesh was very engaging.

Direction by Sashi Kiran Tikka was too good.

Music by Sricharan Pakala was rocking.

The bgms and sound effects were awesome.

Editing by the duo Vinay and Pawan didn't let audience feel flat.

Production values were of top class Few shots esp, in the second half gives you thrilling vibes.

Few scenes were abrupt and over the top emotions. But when watching with the same emotion it doesn't matter to the audience.

Hence, the team is successful in bringing people to watch Major by free screening, promotions etc.

Verdict 'Major' shouldn't be missed and is a perfect tribute to the legend 'Sandeep'. 'Don't come up I'll handle them' this one line is enough to describe his life and to get your tickets booked.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022)

Sarkaru vaari paata is a 2022 commercial film starring, Super Star Mahesh Babu , Keerthi Suresh , Samuthrakani , Vennela Kishore , Tanikella Bharani and others. The plot of the movie is very different and can be seen. So basically, one should be gutsy and knowledgeable to present such flicks . No doubt , Dir. Parasuram presented in a new manner. But still ,he wasnt able to handle the plot. It actually revolves around the crux of paying EMI.

Story And Execution

Mahi ( Mahesh) runs a financing company in US, named MFC ( Mahi Financing Corporation) .He is very strict in collecting the interests for the loan given as shown in the teasers and the trailers . Kalavathi ( Keerthi Suresh) is in search of $10,000 for preparing masters and lands in Mahi's company and requests for the loan approval . When fell in love with Kalavathi ( Keerthi Suresh) , Mahi somehow fails to collect the interest and is on his way to india to collect the money back from Rajendranath , father of Kalavathi. But then , what leads to their confrontations? What has actually happened ? Is to be watched .

As earlier said, it revolves around crux paying EMI's , recoveries of EMI's, the whole sequences were well shot and seemed to be massy . What actually misfired is the ' Content'. It usually seems to be dragging and went out of the track.

Parasuram , who is well known for directing romcoms ,who previously directed films , geeta govindam , solo etc , has stepped out of the zone and tried something new , which needs to be appreciated , but due to the comedy scenes and the romance added , somehow felt forced. Even the vfx was not upto the mark counterpart editing. The colour grading was excellent as it gave me the feel of watching a flashing concept . The bgm by Thaman was decent, yet seemed to be inspired by his previous bgms . The villain's characterization was quite cool. The efforts added to bring the vintage mahesh is seen , you can clearly see Mahesh in his original way , where he is sarcastic and lived in the character . So , its completely One-man show. Songs gave the impression of being sticked to the plot. The song 'Kalavathi' is a visual treat. And mainly , the intention or the message of the movie is conveyed properly.

As its a one time watch , can give it a try . Its definitely a feast for the fans , as they wanted to watch Mahesh in his vintage look. Nothing to say more about this , one thing is for sure to convey, that this is a new plot introduced , but the commercial element messed it up. So finally, the verdict is , its is a freshly brewed wine in an old bottle....

Beast is a 2022 Pan Indian film, starring Vijay Thalapathy, Pooja Hegde, Redin kingsley, Selvaraghavan, Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar.

After watching the movie I can't decide/express the overwhelming sequences in this movie coz , there are barely such aspects, which are "few action scenes and halamithi habibo song ".

Story Veeraraghavan is an Insouciant RAW agent. And has been given the title 'beast'. When working with a security agency , Veeraraghavan and the security agency has to deal with a contractor for a mall contract . He found something suspicious there, which later leads to the mall hijack. Given full powers to him by the RAW agency, how he'll be able to deal the terrorists and discuss their demands is the story with added fights and master plans.

Deep into the execution Movies like this,which were shot in one frame are very unique and intensifies the audience to watch the film. Whereas film directed by Nelson, sadly failed because of the lame screenplay and unsatisfactory direction. Major reasons for the hype are the teasers and trailers. When compared with Nelson's previously directed films 'coco and Doctor' which were very well designed and were impressive, beast fell flat. Adding humour in an action sequence is a Nelson's quality. It might suit to some heroes, but definitely not to Vijay. This makes audience feel bored. You may laugh in such scenes but later it affects the entire sequence. The major highlight is the action sequences. They were well choreographed. The cinematography was quite impressive.

RRR- Rage Revenge Rampage

RRR is a 2022 pan Indian film directed by SS Rajamouli , penned by the father of this legend 'vijayendra Prasad'. Starring Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn ,Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris and others. As the title suggests RRR- Rise Roar Revolt, each and every elements are present with its after affects. When greater the cast, higher the responsibilities and SSR gave importance to each and every characters. Even the cameos were very well designed and were perfectly suited to the actors. When it comes to a multistarrer, several films failed to impress the audience. Whereas RRR has successfully achieved in registering this in audience's mind. The movie is worth waiting for 4 years. And Can say that the hype is real.

Coming to the story

Set in the late 20s , the duo Komaram Bheem (NTR) , Rama Raju (Ram Charan) are on their own paths. The way they meet each other ,which later created a bond of friendship between them were well shot . What guided to the confrontations / clashes between them is the sequence which I won't tell as it'll become a spoiler. And what made them together to fight against the blood seeker ,British empire is the plot . This movie completely depends on the 'whip the thew ' theory. Director SS Rajamouli brilliantly portrayed The duo's characters. Ram Charan as fire and NTR as water. SSR showcased them in a way we wanted to/ we expected to . They just nailed their roles. The cameos too have a great, significant role .

Analysis

RRR is a film with the content that hits hard and deep, with well conducted scenes and rocking as well as emotional bgms that will make you feel emotional and raise your anger .

Brilliant acting by the actors Excellent direction BY SSR Production values are at its best Top notch cinematography by Senthil Kumar Stunning vis-a-vis related songs by MM Keeravani Amazing VFX The fight scenes are very well shot. It'll make you glued tobthe screens hard hitting dialogues esp ' Thokkukuntu povale' ( should surge forward) 'kumbhastalani baddalakodadam' (let's hunt down the lion) such will definitely motivate you .

The interval bang is the biggest highlight.

Alluri Seeta RamaRaju character portrayed by charan with that ramam raghavam song is the boon Climax contains deep meaning , and can be fulfilled by few people Emotional ride with awestruck execution.

Negatives Predictable screenplay Over dramatic scenes Even after whipping the thew , he remains still , which is the trademark of SSR.

More importance to character 'Bheem' in the ramam raghavam song which was actually designed for Ram Charan.

Verdict Types of Theatres doesn't matter when the content is lit. You'll definitely shout during the scenes to express your excitement towards it. No matter what .

This is truly a Goosebumps factory, some elements will definitely make you emotional, be it, anger / sorrow, which will throttle your aggression .Literally speaking , in this 3 hrs 6 mins duration, not even a single minute you'll feel bored (My pov). It is an excavation of elevations. Dig it,you'll find an awestruck visuals with elevations and it repeats . Saying it again , the king of storyteller , who has never seen the face of failure and will never, yet delivered another masterpiece . Shouldn't be compared with Bahubali series watch it as RRR you'll enjoy it for sure. #Must Watch.

Bheemla Nayak (2022)

Blazing Bheemla

Bheemla Nayak is a 2022 action drama flick. Remake of a 2020 Malayalam movie 'Ayyapanum koshium'. Pawan kalyan , Rana, Nithya Menon,Samyktha menon are the star cast of this movie. "Ak"is a cult classic movie that shouldn't be remade in other languages , if it is then it should be justified . Being honest ,Bheemla Nayak actually justified it .

The movie started slowly and goes in the same pace till the pre-interval scene. It all starts when Danny(Rana)has to attend a party in a tribal area . He carries alcohol with him without knowing that the area is alcohol-free zone. Being asked by the police officers and excise department , the reason for carrying it with him, he states the reason and due to the behaviour of the police officers he gets provoked and starts thrashing the officers due to this he gets arrested by the S. P of that region (Bheemla Nayak). This later creates huge ego clashes and the consequences they'll face is the main story .

Overview The original story penned by late Sachy was very unique and was filled with high intensity , whereas the modified version of Trivikram is quite impressive which contains, the sarcastic punch lines , racy screenplay ,complete transformation of the second half. The star cast's performance is excellent , especially Rana and pawan kalyan they both led the movie to another level. The face-off scenes between Rana and Pk were thrilling and was filled with huge aggression which will keep your eyes glued to the screens .As the title suggests 'power star' he is a true definition to it . His screen presence dominated the whole scenario. The extraordinary bgms by Thaman will never let your aggression go down and will make you excited further. The direction by Sagar k chandra is highly impressive the Dop of this movie Ravi k chandran did his job wonderfully.
