Was going to give it a 5 if not for the talented Emily Blunt who always makes things better. As always chemistry is on point with whatever actor she teams up with and Johnson is no exception. It is mostly fun but the story is iffy and yes there is memories of Pirates and The Mummy all throughout. The rating here on IMDb is pretty much spot on, audience on RT has inflated it to over 90 which it is not. Just have fun with it. I feel like the sequel which they have announced will be just a money grab. I won't be in a rush to see it.

What a clever and entertaining thrill ride from start to finish. This is not any old Tom Cruise movie. He is a coward here. A lame duck. And he needs to get trained. By Emily Blunt! Yes, she the master of drama and romance in her first real action movie. She is amazingly ripped here and what a character to play, few female such as this in cinema and really pays respect and admiration to her. I think her best role in her career tbh.
Cruise gets better and better

Best instalment of the franchise. Since Ghost Protocol, each movie has been getting better and better. Cruise is at his best here, the halo jump and the helicopter scene was mind boggling and such an experience in the cinema. Jeremy Renner is not in this one but Henry Cavill is an awesome addition.
