Rogue Agent (2022)

Well worth watching

Despite the negative reviews I thought I would give this a viewing. I'm glad I did as I enjoyed it. The first half hour or so was a bit slow but once the story gets going the film really drew me in to wanting to watch it to the conclusion. I thought the acting was excellent particularly by the two leading actors. The story is based on a true life event and I think there is a lesson here for everybody, be careful who you trust!

Very enjoyable

I really enjoyed this eight part series set around the Cold War in 1965. I thought the characters were well portrayed were very believable, each episode was very exciting.

Servants of War (2019)

Interesting plot and good action

I have recently been watching a number of Polish films and series on online platforms, Many of which I have enjoyed, so I thought I would give this a go.

It has a complicated plot with a number of interesting twists and turns. The relationship between the two leading actors as well portrayed. The action moves along quickly and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.

The Disappearance (2018–2022)

Series 1 was ok but Series 2 was great.

I watched series one which was a little slow and not totally inspiring, but I like the characters and thought I would give series 2 ago. I found series to be extremely exciting with plenty of cliffhanging episodes. The story began to make sense and the development of the characters continued. There were lots of interesting twists to the plot and I really enjoyed it.

The Girl from Oslo (2021– )

Very realistic and exciting series

Well despite the negative reviews and low scoring I really enjoyed this series. 10 relatively short episodes each one ending with a desire to watch the next. I found the characters very believable and the plot excellent. Modern day terrorism depicted realistically. I was a very exciting finish. What's not to like!

Angel of Death (2020– )

Very good thriller

Very good storyline with lots of twists, which I enjoyed watching. Characters are good, the two leads are excellent. Combines a good crime thriller with the personal life of the female lead detective. After each episode I really wanted to watch the next.

Showtrial (2021–2024)

Much better than most of the series I have been watching on TV recently

My wife and I watched this series on almost consecutive nights and we both really enjoyed it. The plot was good, the dialogue excellent and acting very good. The characters all individually came across as very interesting and believable. The story built through each episode to a fantastic final episode keeping you guessing right to the end.

My Name (2021)

So Exciting

This series grips right from the start, after each episode I can hardly wait for the next find out what happens. There is some good music in the background that suits the action. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed this series.
