Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
Disappointed
What an incredibly disappointing and below average sequel to such a legendary series.
If you want to spend two hours watching a geriatric husk of a well loved character stumble through the same old plotline of good guys vs bad guys, silly action and general buffoonery, then this is the film for you!
And if that's not enough for you, this film delivers one more treat with the utterly unlikable female co-star that makes me want to throw things at my TV.
This film almost ruins the series so much that I cannot go back to watch the originals. If they decide to release another sequel after this, I will repeatedly hit myself in the head with a frypan for entertainment before going to see it.
Inventions That Changed the World (2004)
Very informative
Great documentary series filled with various stories throughout history, presented in the usual Jeremy Clarkson style. Definitely watch this if you're a fan of history and engineering.
World Trade Center (2006)
It's basically just a telemovie.
Pretty disappointed that an Oliver Stone film about one of the most memorable events in recent history, can be so plain.
Most of the acting is so flat that you'd be forgiven for thinking that the actors were simply rehearsing their lines.
If you're looking for something more exciting that covers the events of 9/11, then you should read a newspaper.
Honestly, I could go on and on about how basic and formulaic this film is, but I have already wasted two hours of my life by watching it once, and don't have any more time to waste.
Aftermath (2021)
Don't waste your time!
Terrible acting, terribly written. This film is ridiculous and the director should be ashamed for creating this monstrosity.
