The story of every woman
23 August 2021
This story is great because it is real. It correctly shows what happens to a woman when she becomes a wife, a daughter-in-law, and a mother. It shows how it all effects her as a human being. This is the one show that actually sticks to its plot, that too from starplus. It shows how times have changed and with that our ways of life, this is something Anupama had to overcome again and again. It's something that nowadays a lot of our mothers have to overcome. This is just a show but the story of it is a reality for many, many wives and mothers. It is worth watching and you learn a lot from it.

Great but relationships are confusing
23 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I loved the beginning, the beginnings in most Indians shows are the best parts. I also loved the chemistry between Rrahul and Helly, they made their characters perfect. There are a lot of plot twists and it keeps the audience on their toes. Things were much better when it was on tv but since it moved onto ott platform, things have been confusing. The relationships between everyone have become a mess and is difficult to decipher them. It seem like the writers tried to make it a family drama which was a good addition but again, once they got onto to ott platform, things were out of hand. The characters were playing Tom and Jerry in a grand hotel and figuring out who wants to kill them. IMM2 had so much potential and it made me sad to see how it ended.

Great plot but confusing paths
23 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The backstory and the beginning of the show was great and was realistic. The main leads are not perfect on the inside and that's what makes them fit together so well and understand each other. They both have the same story. However, recently the show hasn't been making sense. Meher and her mother were shown to not have a great relationship and that is often a victim to a lot of things. The writers have basically murdered their relationship, along with the Sarabjeet and Meher. Again, another example of not ending a show at a good point. I'm honestly lost about whats going on in the show currently because it has completely gone off the path it was intended to be on.

Has become a classic!
23 August 2021
I've watched this show every year and have grown up watching it. It is different every year and the most fun part is guessing the winner right! The worst part is the anxiety while the contestents are doing their tasks. I prefer this over BigBoss, but that is good on its own as well. Rohit Shetty makes the episodes worth watching and I love his nature. It is also very funny as Indian people are scared of most animals and insects, Shetty Sir makes it more humourous. This is the one of the shows that comes on every year that everyone knows about, and is worth watching!

Something else entirely!
23 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This show has stoeln so many hearts! The chemistry between Harshad and Jennifer is really cute, and both of them have created Aditya and Zoya perfectly. Aditya and Zoya are characters that are real, as in they could literally be a real person. This is not a soap opera at all, in fact it is very real and it has mature dialogues and scenes. I love how this story could be a real situation and the makers made it realistic. Colorstv always comes out with unique and interesting shows like this one. This is also one of the few shows that Jennifer has done out of her usual characters, Zoya is not a character you would normally see Jennifer play. Same goes to Harshad as he has always played the sweet male lead, for him Aditya is completely different because of his anger and power plays.

Classic
23 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This show has ruled colorstv and become a classic over the years. Seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are all similar but have unique backstories and plots. Season 1 and 2 are classics and both seasons go together. Season 3 was pretty good as well and has royal leads, it always plays into season 4 and 5. Season 4 was cut short due to COVID and it could've gone for a longer time. I think season 5 was the most unique story as it had components that the other season didn't; loving an enemy, betrayel by your other half, more screen time and information on other creatures (eagles, peacocks), and more male characters than female characters.

All seasons have the usual family drama/secrets and the comedy in all of the seasons is pretty funny, and all of the male and female leads have sizzling chemistry (Season 5 has the best chemistry in my opinion).

Bad plot, great actors
23 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This show has been airing for a quite a while and is going to go off air soon. I remember this show airing years ago and it was pretty good because it brought a lot of attention to the transgender world in India and how they're treated. However, some things just do not make sense and even though its just for show purpose it can't be ignored. For example, Harman's treatment towards Soumya after finding out she is transgender. That leads to how she herself didn't know she is transgender. The actors all play their roles very well and almost everyone watches the show because of the actors. When Virat and Heer were introduced things were going off track, and I have no clue what is going on at this moment in the show. The writers go off script a lot and forget what the show is about. Things are also very dramatic and none of it is mildly realistic. The actors keep this show running, but this show needs a permanent ending. However, permanent endings is something Indian shows take a long time to get to.

Chair gripping
23 August 2021
I absolutely loved this show. The plot always has the fans gripping our chairs because of its twists and turns. All of the actors played their roles so well, the whole show is in a category of its own. Honestly speaking, the second season is good as well but not as good as the first season. This is the drama to watch if you like mystery with romance.

Reality for women
23 August 2021
This show is so beautiful and shows the reality of women in Indian soceity, something colorstv is very good at doing time and time again. Many people find child marriage wrong but they never know the true situations of the people in the marriage. Lots of people have found this show and many other shows such as Balika Vadhu wrong but what they're doing is bringing the realities for women in some places of India to attention even if they make it seem pretty with all of the apparel and music. It also shows how education for women was bad in India, and it still is in some local places. I love shows like these and Na Aana Iss Des Laado and Pinjara Khubsurti Ka because they correctly show realities that are imposed on women and how they come out of them.

Love the characters
23 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Ravi and Sargun have made a show that is really unqiue and plot twisting for us. I love the characters Tejo, Fateh, and Jasmine because they don't fit into the typical lead boxes that have been made for actors, something found in a lot of colorstv shows. These three characters balance each other out very well; Tejo's maturity, Fateh's love, and Jasmine's carelessness. Sisters Tejo and Jasmine may seem the same but are honestly oposites. From the beginning I personally didn't like Isha's character Jasmine because of how she only sees herself but that just adds a spin to the show. Also, in the beginning it's clearly shown who Fateh will be with in the end but with how good teh show is going right now, I can say that the end is nowhere near.

Something different but not sure where it is headed
23 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I really liked the beginning of the show and the small comedies here and there. This isn't really a saas-bahu serial for those who are looking for one that isn't that. The male and female lead play a lot of hard-to-get which is irritating and doesn't progress the show, so it makes this one a slow burn show. The female lead is very independent and strong both emotionally and physically. This show has a lot of potential and I'm looking forward to watching all of it.

Different beginning, what about the end?
22 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I've watched the promos for this show and have fell in love with it from the first episode. The plot from the beginning is so unique and it correctly shows our Indian society. The concept of a Molkki is bad and good, for each person has their own reason to be a molkki. Something I love about colorstv is that they correctly represent how women are treated in society in her own different situations such as in Balika Vadhu, Pinjara Khubsurti Ka, and Molkki. I'm still following the show, however, I'm not sure what exactly is going on. The plot doesn't have much to do with the concept of a Molkki anymore but in Indian television shows the plot often strays from what it's actually about. I hope that the writers/makers of the show bring back how the show was in the beginning. Something I don't like in this show or in any Indian show is that the female lead somehow becomes a detective and forgets about her main occupation. It's very rare that a female lead doesn't go digging for information unless it's needed, which unfortunately isn't in this show.

Brilliant plot, but not much romance
22 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I've been watching this show since it first aired and the action and portrayal of South Indian culture still surprises me. The main characters, Shiva and Siddhi are very, very stubborn and mentally strong characters. Added in this show is local politics which makes it more interesting and exciting to look forward to. However, there is one thing I do not like and that is the romance between the characters. Both of them have a strong chemistry and look good together, but they only seem to hate each other and can't let go of the past. They'll go 5 steps forward and 4 steps back every few episodes, which is frustrating because we want the romance between them but are not given it. If you like slow burn romances then this is the one for you, and for those who like romance on the side.

Unique backstory but rotating plot
22 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The start of the story was very interesting and was very chair gripping. The chemistry between the actors is beautiful, and I hope they work together more. Preesha and Rudraksh are unique characters that come together for their nephew Saransh. After 200 episodes things begin the occur again but in a different way. Also, Preesha takes the role of a unprofessional detective even though she's a doctor, she does detecting more than she operates as a doctor. Rudraksh was very smart and high on emotions in a cunning way, however, halfway through the show it seems as if he loses his intelligence from his detective days with Preesha. The storyline is revamped a lot and in the process the original plot is forgotten, which happens a lot in Indian television shows. I have stopped watching it because of the rotating plot but I still follow the show so I am aware of what's happening. I will continue watching it if things change.

A copy of Saath Nibbaana Saathiya
22 August 2021
When I first started following this show I thought that the show would be different than the original because times have changed. And it was, at least for the beginning. The show showed the reality of social classes and how cruel judgements can be. However, now the plot isn't making sense and it seems like the writers are just doing whatever. Gehna is a strong character but is cliche, just like a mini copy of Gopi. This show can be a lot more than what it is and I honestly hope it can be.

A different story
22 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I've been following this show since it first came out and the beginning was a complete 360 on what usually stars on Starplus TV. This is something that would go on Colorstv. I loved the beginning of the show and the characters Imlie, Aditya, and Malini are all characters that are real. The show showed the reality of how society is in old villages in India. Aditya doesn't make the correct choices at first but then slowly begins to, and also comes to terms with his and Imlie's relationship, they eventually fall in love. After their relationship is revealed is the part where things don't go well for the show and since then it's been like that. The show hasn't ended and won't for a while because it is a Starplus show. I honestly hope the writers start changing things soon because it has become a saas-bahu serial. The show shows the harsh reality of our old Indian ways and is an eye opener.

A glimpse of reality
22 August 2021
I watched this show since the first day it aired and have watched it since. I fell in love with the chemsitry between Saahil and Riya, and later I fell in love with Mayura's strength. Saahil and Riya have played Omkar and Mayura so well, keep in mind that Mayura was Riya's first main character. They work together so well and I hope they get to work together on more projects. Riya's character Mayura Dubey is a brilliant woman and Saahil's character Omkar Shukla is just as cunning. This show displayed the reality of women around the world but specifically in India. Many people who haven't watched this show from the beginning have called this show bad because of all of the horrible things Omkar does to Mayura, which he indeed does. However, what is shown is just reality made pretty since it is a television show. If a woman like Mayura were to talk about this in public the same people who call the show bad wouldn't do anything from behind their screens, which unfortunately is also a reality. PKK also points out things that need to changed in our soceity and need to be talked about. I'm not talking about on a large scale, I'm talking about small scale. Making laws doesn't do anything in a country like India, which is one of many of its kind. Omkar does horrible things to Mayura but he ends up changing in the end because of he realized his sins towards her. He realizes that the mindset he has adopted while growing is not right and he must change his thinking for himself. That itself shows that things begin to change from the mind, not by the law. That is something you can take away from this show if you've watched it since the beginning. The ending was not great at all for those who were really invested in this show, and this show honestly had a lot of potential. The whole idea of being trapped in a cage ends about 20-30 episodes before the ending but is mentioned 2-3 times. The whole PKK team had spun the idea of being trapped in a cage with the storyline very well. I absolutely loved this show and have learned a lot from it that I will be passing on to others.

Have an open mind
22 August 2021
Honestly speaking, I was hesistant to watch this and when the trailer first came out I thought it was going to be pretty bad. I'm watched it almost an year after its intial release.

One thing I really liked about this movie was the comedy and the street talking, which you don't find much anymore in Bollywood movies that have come out in the recent years.

The main leads are fairly new the industry, specifically the female lead, Ananya Panday. Her acting in this movie was far better than her previous movies which I have also watched. It seemed like in Student of the Year 2 she stopped trying halfway through the movie.

However, at the end of the day you can't be horrible towards a movie because of one actor, and you can't judge this movie based off of her. There were at least a dozen more actors in this movie and at least a hundred people who helped to make this flim. Don't judge the movie based off of one of the actors because the many people behind suffer because of your highly judgemental review.
