The Rookie (2018– )

How could anyone think it is a good show is beyond me.

The writing is very poor. Predictable and ridiculous. Nothing is accurate, it's hard to watch.

The main character is a white male dating only younger women who look like models. Actually they all look like they are coming from a model agency, it is not representative of the real world.

This is so tiring to see that these kind of show is what people want.

With a budget like this they could do so much better.

As for the Comedy, is it supposed to be funny???

I can understand that sometimes we all need to watch sthg light but the inaccuracy and stupidity is unbearable.

This movie is horrible.

The only thing it achieves is making fun of the victims. They didn't show the manipulation of this con artist in a clever way.

Don't waste your time , watch the documentary it is much better.

Don't know who was in charge of editing but the mic appeared in a lot of scenes which made it ridiculous and unprofessional.

Even adding Jon Bon Jovi in the cast didn't work.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)

I can't believe I am writing a bad Marvel review but I can't lie, this movie was really disappointing. A couple of surprises but I was expecting way more after watching No way home.... Didn't mind the horror side of the story, actually made me laugh. As for the music , I am a huge fan of Danny Elfman but even the music was bad.

I won't watch this one again. Marvel we are used to greatness please don't do that again!

Could barely watch the end of episode 1..... a bad soap opera trying to make a 19th century love story modern...omg this is so ridiculous my eyes are still bleeding! If you like it it you need to explain why coz I really don't get it!

I have read a few reviews and I can not believe that there are still people shaming the victims. What she and others have been through is a crime and if you don't see that you should be behind bars!

2 hours of my life I will never get back. Didn't see the point in this movie. Most boring thriller I've ever seen. Nothing against the actress as she is fantastic but I am very tired of seeing a younger woman playing the wife of a much older man. Wouldn't have changed a thing to have a woman the same age. As for the sex scene they were unnecessary. Another attempt to get a woman naked. Work on your stories instead and you will maybe be able to make sthg good!!!!

I am sorry but they completely lost me after 10min..... why on Earth would they decide to put Valerie Lemercier's face on a 12yo girl's body. This is the most ridiculous thing I have seen!

This biopic is really boring which is a shame.....

The Batman (2022)

Unexpected

I have to admit that I wasn't convinced when they announced that Pattinson was attached to the project. Despite being an amazing actor I couldn't see him as Batman. Well, one thing for sure I was completely wrong!!!! He is so charismatic in the role that I couldn't get my eyes off him. What a performance!!!!!!

Overall the movie was good and visually stunning (though sometimes a few shots didn't make sense) what bothered me were the lack of very good fight scenes. They were too few and poorly choreographed and ridiculous (too realistic to my taste for a DC comics movie) As for Catwoman and the Penguin it didn't work for me, Pfeiffer and DeVito can't be beaten I'm afraid... I was really disappointed in the music, too repetitive which stopped me from being 100% in the movie. Pisses me off when they don't keep the original themes that we all know and love. Giacchino is an amazing composer (Spider-man soundtracks are phenomenal) but I was quite bored on this one.

I am just 10min in and I am already pissed of by the woman! I am guessing nothing good will happen (and I am not saying she deserved anything) but come on you choose a man for his wealth, you choose to go a way on a private jet after meeting him an hour and you seriously expect he will be a Prince Charming???? I am beyond mad!

I was 13 when I first saw this movie and like any other girl of my age , I was dreaming of same love story as Véro. But the scenes that were once romantic and funny are now very inappropriate on so many levels.

Sexualisation of a 14yo, a man who hits a woman to calm her down, a young man who tries to force himself on à young woman and says she is silly when she stops him (silly doesn't translate properly to "petite conne"but you get the idea) shameful to think that this kind behaviour was once normalised.....

Wonder how people can actually give more than 1 star.... This show is badly written, the acting is horrendous, couldn't watch passed the first episode. My eyes are still bleeding.

Never thought I would actually enjoy a movie about monks trying to protect a rock and I have to admit that I watched it only for Tom Holland! The performances are great!!as for people complaining there's too many languages I can only laugh. Just learn to read subtitles!

He must have read the book to direct that movie right? So I am guessing that him being such a misogynist explains why he made the female investigator a damsel in distress when she actually kicks ass in the original story!

As for choosing his brother who happens to be as tall as a hobbit and as charismatic as a courgette for the role, well, are we supposed to believe he would scare away anyone???. He didn't give any justice to Dennis Lehane , SHAME!!!!!

Great cast but I have to say that Sheridan Smith was quite awful in it.

Didn't know about the murders, the Police miserably failed the victims and the families. Was shocked to see it happened just a few years ago, with all the technology, a lot more should have been done!
