I Really Loved It

I can't give it a 10 as yet as all the English Dub wasn't out and I don't know how it ends - but my heart was moved.

I don't even know why I clicked on this anime, as normally I stay away from animes that look fluffy, I got that wrong for sure.

This anime is warming for the soul. The main character is determined, trusting, and driven by the love her mother installed into her and her sweet nature.

The other protaganist is a fairy who is cautious, guarded it is his defense mechanism. Through the female lead he learns to trust and open his heart to her initially. They learn and grow together as great companions. I am intrigued to see where their story goes and how they overlap.

I'm excited for a second season.

Rare 10/10

My first time watching through this show, I was physically uncomfortable from the tension of each cliffhanger, but I was totally enthralled. Honestly this is a rare find, so it deserves 10/10 - I am just surprised that its not getting more love from the anime community.

The soundtrack is phenomenal, the plot is engaging, the characters are dynamic, and the English voice over actors are brilliant - more please is all I can say.

I truly have nothing but praises for Link Click, and if you're reading this, you should be starting episode one. Like, right now. Why are you still reading? Go start it! Yes, now!

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (2018– )

Adorable and Not Trashy Isekai

Not a fan of isekai shows, a lot of them are trashy. Among the harems and OP thick headed MCs; this one stands out as legitimately good show. That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime or TIGRAS for short, despite seemingly a harem show actually really isn't. The title was off putting at first, but as I reluctantly at first started to watch it, because others had recommended it, I realise that it was focused on world building and how Rimuru would change how monsters and humans would live. This gives a realistic sense of how one would try to create a peaceful world of monsters and men. I love the low key message of braking racial barriers in order to create a utopia. Also the action scenes were badass.

I really really love this show! The MC is smart, adorable and a badass! I want to watch more about Rimuru's adventures and i want to see his little goblin village grow even more. I love the characters, they are all interesting and lovable. I can't get enough of this super awesome anime!!! Great job to the people who made this. Thank you so much!

Dead Mount Death Play (2023)

This anime needs more love given to it

Mysterious, hilarious and wholesome When you first start watching its confusing, then as it unfold the mystery keeps me on my toes as we follow the cast of characters who are sweet, batshit crazy or both in their respective rights.

It's actually really refreshing and most satisfying thing to watch the plot unfold and realizing that the odd thing you saw earlier is actually a huge part of the plot - mind blowing.

The humor absolutely gets me everytime, with the characters just being themselves. They have interesting personalities that I can't help but adore! I'm excited for them to explore their stories in season 2, but am also disturbed by the low IMDB ratings which often mean there won't be a 2nd season if people don't give this more love.

This Anime is an awesome mix of fantasy and modern world. On Crunchyroll its given 4.7, so I don't understand this IMDb rating.

It contains assassins, detectives, a powerful family and people who've transcend human capabilities - what is there not to like.

Love This More Than You Can Imagine

I am so glad that I found this anime. IT'S AMAZING I laughed, I cried and felt things very deeply.

I absolutely LOVE it, it's gorgeous, the music is great, the characters are finally true to the original manga (oh my Shigure!!!!!) and it just gives you the feeling that the team working on it are all fans themselves!

I a lot with the expectations of what would happen next, I just wanted a happy ending especially for Tohro, Kyo, Mumiji and Harun. It's astounding, I'm sooo thankful for this anime and for how it ended.

I loved the representation of Shigure and Akito - so well done.

Thanks for all the brilliant people working on this anime.

Free! (2013–2018)

Love This, Excellent and Emotional

Really excellent anime about best friends swimming together, why does it not have an IMDb rating of 8. I also wanted to see them going to the Olympics - why did it finish so soon.

However I have just come to realise that Crunchyroll has all the videos of it, so I am going unto Funimation.

This animation is fantastic. Yes I did admire the lads looks and all but its not always about that. The fact the English dub cast did such an amazing job at voicing the characters and the fact, the characters are pure likeable! As well as that, everyone gets on well even if they have their own quarrels or act dumb (which has its hilarious moments).

Aoashi (2022)

I like but its not Blue Lock

Best Sports Anime Ever!

I hate having to compare it to other shows, but really when you compare it the Blue Lock, Number 24 or Free, there is something lacking, but it is still worth watching.

Aoashi is a sports anime that is very good but not a 9 or 10 currently. It first aired in Spring 2022 and is similar to Blue Lock, but doesn't have the quirky badass characters in Blue Lock. The animation is very professional, and people tell me that it is based on true manga stories.

The English Dub casts of the characters sound perfect, and enjoyable to listen to their voices. I am looking forward to season 2.

Tower of God (2020)

Amazing, amazing, amazing...

Crunchyroll Has Definitely Outdone Itself If Crunchyroll does not bring this back next year 2024 - they are dead to me. I had no hopes and fears, when I first started but I was a bit unsure. I hoped that this would be an accurate representation of the Webtoon and I feared that the animation quality would be poor. But my hopes succeeded and my fears did not. The content was incredibly accurate to the original Webtoon, containing emotion and establishing the storyline without overdramatizing. The animation quality blew my expectations out of the water, with smooth transitions and a cute and rounded art-style.

I hope this Anime shoots to the top of the charts. It was a pleasure to watch and I can't wait for season 2.

The Faraway Paladin (2021–2023)

This is a Great and Much Underrated Anime

This is such a wonderful reincarnation anime.

They did a great set up in the first 3 episodes and you can't help but like the protaganist/MC - Will...He is likeable and his adopted family members are likeable, even the grumpy old grandpa.

Then when he starts out in the world, he is not met by busty girls who have a crush on him, he instead are met by a wide range of interesting people, and Meneldor is my favourite followed by Tony.

I am so glad that it got a second season, and it seems like it will get a season 3. I loved it so much that the first time I watched it, I stayed up all night; the second time I watched it - was the next night - I just had to watch it again.

Please give it more love - its really great...I cried so many times.

Warrior (2019–2023)

Give This Show More Love People

This show is awesome, I have just started season 3, and I actually forgot how good it is. Season 4 Now please...

My question is, why is it not given the love it deserves. It is one of the best shows on Now TV. The story, the setting, the history, the characters, the cinematography, the ACTION...just...WOW! Everything is amazing, and it just gets better and better as the series moves along. The buildup is something else, and the second to last episode of season 2 needs to be seen to be believed - I think I probably kept it at a 9 because of the slow start in season 1, but may upgrade to 10 stars depending on how the rest of season 3 unfolds. I would like a 4th season but can't bare Now TV.

Brilliant Anime

OMG when I watched this before I reached the end I started to watch it again, because I didn't want it to finish.

I really don't get why the IMDB rating is so low when the individual episodes were rated 8 or 9. So I am calling people to rate this anime much higher to ensure it gets a second season.

Don't let the bad overall rated score scare you. I don't like Rugby but I love this show. The humor is great. Throughout the show.

There are so many great moments. The characters are so interesting and the MC is crazy, in a great way. It's got good story and character development, so it's a solid and likeable sports anime.

Totally Killer (2023)

Regardless of My Review - It is Worth Watching

Surprisingly fun to watch.

The lead actress Kiernan Shipka, is a good and believable actress but this film was not great for her, and she acted her socks off which I feel if the director had been less lazy a better film would have been created.

However it is quite an entertaining movie, filled with comedy, horror, and a type of thriller. I liked some of the actors and actresses, but my fav are the two young mother and daughter combo, there was some family chemistry in this, a lot of it is kinda silly, but has some nostalgic moments reminicing of the 80's. Essentially a time travel movie, with a similar back story to Back to the future.

Why is this not better?

OMG this should be good, the book was good.

They ruined a good story with sloppy directing, poor acting and stupid editorial choices. I literally scream when I watch this, but not in a good way. The first season was poor, the second season slightly improved.

Tried really hard to get into this show. I struggled through the first season eventually but this season is only slightly improved I know its been given a 3rd season but I don't know why - it's dull, painfully boring with no real sense of story.

Good story telling is replaced with endless shots of drawn out wistful looks from characters with no character, I only feel that Lan(Daniel Henney) and maybe Nynaeve and some of the people added the second season is any good.

I couldn't care less whether they succeed or fail in what they are meant to be doing. The scenery is nice at points, earning it an extra star.

Would love to love it, its the perfect kind of show for me but it is just terrible.

Gen V (2023– )

Its gore, its swearing, but that doesn't mean its bad The first 3 episodes I rated it 6/7 however this week - episode 4 was good and had the Boys vibe about it and something new.

The dialogue between the college kids is improving and I am finding some of the actors interesting.

This is so much better than the Wheel of Time.

They do certain things to be cool which is a little annoying - please no more male genitalia - MEN ARE NASTY, BUT NOT THIS NASTY.

The first 3 episodes the plot was slow and meandering.

If you like the Boys, you'll probably like this. But maybe a bit less.

Can't wait to see more episodes.

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress (2016)

Good and Not a Rip Off of AOT

This is not (no it isn't) a rip off of AOT and it isn't A Bad Series I know most people think that it is an Attack on Titan rip off - but it really isn't. Two things: 1) Nothing can compare to AOT and 2) No it isn't. Both series have elements that are similar but ultimately both are different series. They are paced differently, the animation/art style is different, the monsters are different.

And again, even if it was a case that it was a blatant rip off that doesn't make it a lesser series. There were a lot of jaw dropping moments for me with this series. The animation quality, fight scenes, reveals. This is just straight up a very good show with a dark tone. I'd definitely recommend you watch it. Is it perfect? No. Is it terrible? Absolutely not.

A Silent Voice: The Movie (2016)

Beautiful and Emotional

Many people call this an anti bullying film, but is it? I think its more than that. It was written and delivered through the animation from the heart, and I received it into my heart.

I wanted to watch it again, but it was so amazing that all I could do was ponder on it, with a grateful heart.

All I know for sure, is that this is an amazing anime film, it allows you to think about what bullying does to both victim and bully, should be a recommended film shown in all schools to help understanding. Shows the role reversal in bullying that eventually comes to pass for all bullies, yet it doesn't force you to be sympathetic to the bully.

Heaven Official's Blessing (2020– )

Beautiful - Not Like Anything Else Out There

In Heaven Official's blessing, based on the book by the same name, the main character is a de-powered god on Earth who discovers a series of unfortunate events that may be connected to the other gods. This is a more cerebral show paced like a novel where discoveries and interactions with other characters move the plot forward rather than fighting. The series is satisfying to watch but didn't get a 10 from me, as some aspects was unclear, relatively minor things. I truly believe virtually everyone with an open mind who views all episodes will be pleased and have no regrets. I can't wait to see season 2...

Blue Lock (2022– )

This anime should be rated 10 - Something Fresh

I love, love, love this anime.

When I watched the first 10 minutes, it grabbed me, I thought "wow this is a refreshing take from all the I am going to be the greatest...??? Stuff". After the second episode it hit me that this was on another level as an anime and sports anime.

The visuals, voice acting and storyline are all there and I have a feeling that the best is yet to come.

The ideals are strong as hell and the characters definitely each have a unique flavour of power among them. The best part about it is there is almost no forcefully interjected elements, and it goes a step further in seriousness and gravity.

The stakes are high, and I can't wait for a second season.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles (2023– )

This is a touching tale - I am surprised that more people don't like it.

Dale is such a great guardian to this little devil-girl and he fusses a lot about her, although he loves being an adventurer but when he decides, although just a young man himself barely into manhood to adopt this shunned demon girl, we see a different side to him. He soon becomes her protector and the prime object of her affection; as she instinctively is drawn to his kindness and care. A wholesome delight to see her grow out of her self-castigation and bloom to be the sweetest and most cherubic little girl, far more mature than her 8 years old. Yet despite her intelligence, industry and unintended popularity; she remains an earnest and sincere friend to all, granted the rare ability to see the good in others!

Spy x Family (2022– )

What a Great Family - Anya - Cuten, Loid - I love him, Yor - Fantastic

The whole plot is amazing, you will all fall in love with this fake family. The animation is of high quality, no wonder its won so many awards. The characters are divine, even the side characters are interesting and unmistakable. Anya's facial expressions are so adorable and her child like wonder is spot on. I think Loid and Yor will become one of those loved anime characters that people want to eventually be together. I'm sure Anya will create more humorous and cute moments in season 2, she's really adorable, such a cute and lovely character.

The ending theme song is brilliant, relaxing and talks about little yet precious moments which happen but we often ignore the happiness in them due to everyday life like going home while holding hands, asking what to eat for dinner, talking to each other and laughing. Truly a fit ending song for Spy x Family.

This anime had me binging then watching again back to back - I can't lie amazing. More Loid please creators with his made up family - hilarious....

Somali and the Forest Spirit (2020)

A Wonderful Moving Anime

People call it a touching father-daughter anime, but to me its much more than this. Its about what makes a family, even when you are not blood related.

I am so bereft that this didn't get additional seasons. The art design is out of this world. The depictions of the other creatures, the fantasy world, the colouring This anime nails the theme and aesthetic and tops it off with an interesting story and a cute kid(normally the kids, especially the girls in anime can be annoying - but not in this case - she was spot on). This anime sets a tone of a light-hearted travel with deeper undertones of time limitations and suspense as to Somali's identity as a human and even emotional sections. This anime does it all- now go watch it!

Noblesse (2020)

I love, Love, Love this anime

It is a must watch anime if you're looking for an anime where mc is not noisy, he just does what he needs to do when he needs to do it, without making a lot of noise about it.

I would like to suggest you watch Noblesse.

I don't know why it is rated 7.1 on IMDb or only 4.6 on Crunchyroll.

The art style and storyline is so amazing that I'm speechless. It is one of the best animes without the main character having to say I need to get stronger, he knows his strength without having to keep levelling up. So watch this anime without a second thought believe me this anime will not upset you and you will not regret it.

This Deserves More Love

I am really surprised how much hate this anime gets and its actually not that bad. Most people on Crunchyroll hate Sophie, but she is an adorable teenager. I personally would have liked to see more of this.

It is about a highly advanced town - Russel City. While people enjoy its prosperity in the town, there is a huge conspiracy secretly going on which will shake the world. Sword, a man who notices its movement determines to throw himself into battles and reveal the conspiracy, but only to find a clue - "Eldorado". At that time, Sword happens to meet a girl Sophie who has been looking for the meaning of "Eldorado", a message left by her missing brother. These two, attracted by the word "Eldorado", somehow feel invisible ties each other and start to act together. Their journey with mixed feelings now begins.

The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat (2021)

This is a good anime, with the potential to be very good.

Just watched this in 2023, and I support my synopsis above it does have the potential to be very good.

Well written with very tight story telling. Good character-arcs, good story-arc and the action, when it does occur, is very good. This is very much a character centric series.

It still needs some work before it can be classed as a 9/10, and would be more favoured by me if they stopped giving off underlying sexual vibes to what are children - please stop it.

It could become one of my favourite animes if it focussed on the story and not on sex or boobs.

Many anime these days aren't really attention grabbing to be honest, but this one is definitely refreshing. While it feels familiar, it has a nice vibe to it, one that has just the right amount of everything, but ruined again by having an oversized breasted women - please can someone stop this foolishness.
