Movie was stuck between being a bbc style "who done its" a la Masterpiece Theater ❤ and a real gritty character study of what how it was to be a woman constable in the 50s , I would have loved either one but pick one or both not this purgatory of a film, wasted talented actors in a slow anemic script.

The main characters were never in real danger, I didn't care if anyone died. Didn't walk out of the movie after 30 min hoping it might suddenly make a sharp turn and take us on a cool mystery. No mystery here no character development no vilan to sink your teeth into just a gummy old mess!!!!!!!!

Starts with story about college age guys drowning without any evidence but when you see the ritual uh no , ton of signs says otherwise. This movie is so bad.

If you watch the first 15 minutes and the last 20 minutes (and erase Jonah Hill doing a bad Jonah hill impersonation) then it's an alright movie. Also ignore the entire movie instead and watch the trailer , movie was cringy, boring and humorless. Wad it up with the rest of toilet paper and flush it , hopefully doesn't clog things up.

This show suuuuuucked.... typical writers and creators of this obvious think ppl that work in a corporate structure have no better way to communicate than using the f word etc. Also if it's a" funny" to watch a cartoon speak like this then netflix better shape up and not just hand out seed money to writers with zero creativity.

This guy (director) said he was inspired by kurosawa and Sergio Leone, takes more than a dubbed audio, whistling score and color blocking to pull that off. Can't say nice try because even with all these fab actors ( even the fabulous Angela Bassett) could he draw out a decent line. Shame.

Obviously someone is doing somebody a favor or paying a debt. Crunchy acting (from the bottom of the YouTubebarrel), bad cinematography, zero imagination and apparently enough money to buy all of the alternative hits of the 90s. Can't wait to see what hits they play for the third installment. Bad.

That was a shocker, when the lead character revealed they had no sex for 10yrs during their marriage... WTF! That kind of took me out of the show. She was complaining throughout, he was rich and she took his offer to live a life of luxury and vapidness, until, of course she got tired of it. And yeah, he was a dick but she let him do what he wanted , so why be surprised when he overstep his boundaries and implants a chip into you. I think he's just like her dad and wants a quiet, sanitized, obedient, make-believe partner that doesn't talk back or disagree with anything he says ...get a real doll. And to the milloti's character, get a job and stop leaching off your dad your obsessed husband and friends.

Take this as a warning to stop and turn back now before it's too late and you've wasted another minute on this "film". I thought Melissa McCarthys husband was bad but giiirrrlll this is a sure razzle winner.

Saw it with Italian dubbing so the acting was good, tge direction was repetitive, obvious and took me out of the movie few times . Maybe as a short film it might have worked better. But there definitely was some creepy scenes and the mood they were going for too. Just lil cliche at times.
