Our Body doesn't Lie, but our Love and Desire for Each Other will Always be more Honest than Anything Else...
13 February 2024
This is a show that one must watch till the end, because it's the end that gives the beginning all of its meaning. Yes, it's sexual, crazy and borderline outlandish, but what got me was how it delivered all of this with real, raw and relatable human emotions backing it.

I love how it never let me cry because I was mostly too busy laughing even during the most serious of scenes, it reminded how life is just a test on how much fun you can have during the hard times.

This was about love, the importance of affection, intimacy and communication. Give it a watch if that sounds like your cup of tea.

Heartstopper (2022– )

a show to lighten the heart and brighten the mood

From start to finish, I was either standing up and dancing or wanting to jump out of the couch! I forgot about everything else and was utterly consumed by this surreal world... And just like every other show would, this show also made me feel a lot of emotions, but what it did differently was that it made made me keep feeling those emotions even after it had ended and now I don't think that these 'emotions' will ever leave my side. This show made me feel normal, loved and most of all happy, about MYSELF. This show doesn't revolve around diversity...it IS diverse, and that never feels forced rather it feels just the way it's supposed to; NATURAL. I see so many people comparing, dissecting and taking everything so seriously about this series, and obviously they're entitled to that, but what I want to say is that I don't think that this series was supposed to be taken seriously, yes it definitely has al lot of the stereotypical tropes, but it's not about that, it's about adding all the things that were missing in these stereotypes; Diversity, warmth and the essence of feeling NORMAL. All this is exactly why I love this series, it gave me my much needed full body detox and I'll always be grateful for that, and I also do have a feeling that I'll definitely will be coming back from time to time for the free therapy! So anyways I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and am desperate for season 2!!!

Young Royals (2021–2024)

a breath of fresh air in a world where even the grass is "fake"

I have nothing but praise for this show and trust me, i really did try to find the flaws but i just couldn't cause everything thing about this series just fits so well together! The twist of monarchy to this gossip girl/elite like plot did kinda make me think twice but what can i say, i'm sucker for high school dramas! So i gave it shot, and it's safe to say that it did NOT disappoint, and in quite a few places it even beats it's predecessors. From the acting to the writing and storytelling it's all just exceptional and so smooth, you never deal with any kind of sloppiness in it all, and maybe you'd think that with only 6 episodes it wouldn't deliver much of an experience, but you're wrong, it actually does! And WAY more than you'd or even i imagined. The characters are realistic and even when they're doing the wrong thing, they do it rightly! Like nothing in this show ever feels uncalled for, even the 'dreamy' romance feels real! And you really do get to attach with the characters even with the short time limit, and in the end you feel like you're full but you still want so much more of this story as it just leaves with such a huge room for vast developments and connections, so yeah i basically NEED another season! Anyways i HIGHLY recommend it, watch this over the weekend and you'll still be left with more than enough time to watch a whole another series!!
