V good. Avoid the short version, and head for the 3-hour version!

After initially thinking this move was atrocious and in many places didn't make sense, I came across the full version on Rakuten. It's a whopping 3+ hrs long, but makes much more sense, the storyline follows, and you get to see all the clever British sets (underground, central london, the barrier, etc etc) fairly convincingly on the big screen for the first time. An epic but a change from the usual US fayre. No oscars here, but give it a chance (and don't watch the 110min version it's rubbish) and there are some nice scenes you won't see elsewhere.

Survivors (I) (2015)
9/10
Slow and steady, but as a kind of Uk indie-survivor-apocalypse (ie not Zombie) film, I really loved this

DO watch if you like slow gentle ambience type smouldering, English style, home/found footage type stuff (over done these days but I like the way it's used here), with some class performances put in by the main actors who all understate things to good and I found powerful effect. Put to a really atmospheric score too. DONT watch if you want action/gore/zombie madness. This film is about loss and I like the indie-feel way it's done. Class act.
