Romancero (2023)

How can you give it more than 2 Stars??

The intro says it all. Sooo, sooo stupid. Nothing makes sense. The first 5 minutes says turn on something else. Then they run and a motorcycle takes forever to see them. The dog somehow can't catch up. On and on, just stupid nonsense as if a 12yr old director choreographed all this. They just don't make series or movies like they use to. They just think everyone is an idiot and can't put 2 and 2 together. And maybe they are right. This series should be at best 3 stars. The world has changed and become so dumbed down. Waste of time folks, go open a bag of chips and watch the 8 cars go by your street. Yea no joking.

The begining, you wonder -how are they gonna incorporate this alien crap into it? Firstly, they make you see the stupid characters. Some stupid scenes that waste your time. Honestly, you'd have to be 12yrs old to enjoy this movie or completely stupid. Not that 12yr olds are stupid. Anyways, there is every little thought process in this movie, just a lot of CGI and that's the only decent thing about it. Aliens from another world that skip their ships on water instead of flying. Not to mention these aliens don't even carry laser rifles or weapons that shoot at infantry. And the best part is Rihanna jumps into the ocean and still has her hat on when her gets out of the water. So stupid.

No Country for Old Men (2007)

This movie could use a sequel with Anton Chigur a decade or so later, using the money to start a new life, maybe a family. A new power of greed emerges and maybe wants to take revenge on Anton. "The never ending cycle of violence in the world]". This new power takes something/someone from Anton where he has to use his cunning, past skills and sometimes evil ways to get it back. He kills his way to ever so close to getting what he lost and when he is about there, so close - a UFO lands on earth making the news all over the world and everyone's question get that answer. Yes, Jimmy, there is a Santa Claus.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (2017)

Just the CGI

That's all that's good in this movie- the CGI. The directing sucks, the story line is poor, the acting is poor. Even the casting! The main actor- Valerian looks like he had a massive hangover throughout the movie. Baggy eyed, slow voice, looks like a crack addict. The director has big vision but poor common sense. When a movie is mostly CGI based, people tend to forget the story, the theme, even the acting. Which this movie has little of except the CGI. The one thing I'll remember throughout this movie is the main character looked so tired and baggy-eyes. Surprised they couldn't CGI his face to look more presentable.

The Walking Dead: Dead City (2023– )

Now I've never watched any of the walking dead series. This is my first and oh boy! How stupid are the directors? Almost every scene has these stupid humans making noise to attract the zombies and/or these zombies are so quiet and nimble that they sneak up on these idiot characters. I love how the zombies can't even break through simple 1 pane glass doors. And if you know anything about zombies and how they run towards noise and they can't swim. Just stand in a boat in the middle of the lake or port and make a ton of noise and they will all fall into the water and drown. What a waste of 20 mins. Thanks for reading. Go do something with yourself.

The Rain (2018–2020)

The idea was good. That's it. Characters terrible, acting subpar, you actually wish they all died except one. I need 470 characters to submit. The first episode gives away the rest. I wasted a few hours on this story. I could have gone to a bar and gotten drunk , stumbled home and that woulda been more entertaining than this story. Actually, I wonder why I'm even critiquing this when the thought people like you reading this can actually waste hours on end to get the same feeling after watching a few episodes. 80 more characters to go and I can press submit. This might be the best feeling. Done!

The Woman King (2022)

So the director watched a lot of Black Panther, did some research oh African history, except for the part where he has a be line about a sloth(the animal). Sloths don't exist in Africa!! This tribe can make a really nice sword but they live in huts, use cheap spears, run barefoot, somehow know palm oil is worth something.

A 250 lbs man has a even fight with a 40yr old woman warrior. Ok, they say that's a pass cuz they want to empower women even though it's not accurate. They make light of the slave trade caused by the Europeans even though, slavery at the time was everywhere. Africans enslaved before, during and still do now in some countries.

The dialogue is average. Actions scenes are pretty good. It's an all female feel good movie with some faults, emotional scenes you can see coming, it's a good movie for teens except for the gore and blood scenes.

Mutant Chronicles (2008)

If you're 13yrs old, you're gonna love it!

But if you're an adult with a brain, it's pretty dumb. It's like a creative 13yr old wrote, directed and choreographed everything. Everything except the background and effects. Acting- lame! Scenes- wasted/and predictable. Who's the first hero to die? The black guy! It's a minor scene but so predictable. It's actually a movie about faith and God. Done very poorly. Watching Jerry Springer reruns will be worth it. OMG I need 174 more characters to get this submitted. Once again, a dull, unimaginative, predictable, immature, faith based movie with little thought for the audience and more to get mainstream audiences into believing some crap.

Nathan's Kingdom (2020)

Acting pretty bad but that's just the script. Terrible writing! The intro is interesting, some stupid beginning scenes but that happens. 10mins in...starts to look stupid. I give it some stars for the idea and location scenes. Someone has to get credit for the good parts, but not many of that. So, screenplay- bad. Acting - not so good.

The Wheel of Time (2021– )

1 star for the rest. Terrible Common Sense writing/script. Sloppy choreography, dumb storyline, acting is average. Stolen scenes from Lord of the Rings and other popular fantasy shows. I watched a few more episodes because I had nothing else to do. Killed a few hours to see how bad the rest of it was. If you're 12-16yrs old, you're gonna enjoy it.

The Midnight Sky (2020)

The CGI is good. Some decent action/thrill scenes. But that's is. Did I mention the CGI is good? Some future Earth possibilities/catastrophes. Acting is ok, the script is terrible. I coulda gone for a long walk instead.

Seven Seconds (2018)

Has many technical mistakes. The scene where they are all jailed together. That would not happen. A big mistake. Somehow they found the girl outside the kennel that day. Somehow they found the dead girl in a swamp and didn't do a thorough investigation like checking under her finger nails. Then the cop sees the scratch marks on the other cop and doesn't call for investigation. The bad cop unknowingly rolls up his sleeves, showing those scratches? No ones working in the Butler family and they still own the house.

The acting subpar, the directing subpar, the screenwriting- horrendous!!!! Guy wants to live away from society but gives his full name to the college kids. That's just one stupid piece of writing. The storyline is decent as in almost any movie but has crap for everything else. No common sense writing here. Keep moving.

That's right. If you're a teenager or have a teenager IQ for movies. This ones for you and most movies out there.

Disappointing but didn't expect too much. Dialogue is simple. Yes the culture is diff than America or Europe but story is relatable. Some really terrible emotional scenes for characters that are almost adults. It's really a waste of time after the 3rd episode. I wasted my time cuz I was in a snowpocalypse for 2 days. It's a very frustrating to watch, characters are dull, slow at times and plenty of rip off zombie scenes.

I like the idea of this...movie but the rest is pretty pathetic. Acting is poor(usual for a B Movie), writing is terrible, directing is terrible, it's pretty terrible all around. No spoilers here, just watch for 30 mins or less and see.

It's always the same. When a producer is the writer/screen play and director, the movie generally sucks. These former actors took the $$, didn't care for the writing. Stupid beginning scene where the Marshalls are armed but not armor, 4-5 of them shoot at 2 targets and only one is hit. The targets are 4 feet apart. The one target has no scratches, 4-5 Marshall's RUN from one guy. They RUN from 1 lone sad fat guy with a rifle. They ALL run away. I turned it off.

The only season worth watching is season 1. After that it gets really stupid. Writing is flat out terrible prob cuz there is one writer(Jason Rothenburg) & he directs and produces. One rich guy. Dialogue, acting, common sense, detail all lacking. This is a series for teenagers. You waste countless hours if you attempt to watch all the seasons. Use your time wisely. Save yourself from this nonsense.

Looks like Kate Beck is type cast for action violence movies with little substance. Poor movie about a girl in the U. S. with an English accent? Big temper, super human strength but no fangs. Terrible plot, decent action scenes but that's it.

So many things wrong with this movie. A major wrong: how does a guy who gets shot in the leg and an arrow through his chest chase down healthy people? LOL. Chase them down climbing hills. Why would you shoot in the leg and not finish him off? So many folks. Waste of time.
