El Asistente (2023)
Very, very funny
Excellent. The characters are all very nice and each one makes people laugh in their own way. There is no shortage of suspenseful elements, which add a police touch.
Both protagonists complement each other perfectly in their adventure, it would be nice to have a sequel soon.
The outcome is very unexpected, considering Jimmy's character. You see him as a tough guy, at first, and then you have a lot of fun with his jokes. The same goes for Michael.
The secondary characters, although they are not so funny, play a very important role in the plot.
I would see her again this year, wholesome humor from the south of the world.
Luz mala (2022)
Quite acceptable
For a low budget movie, it's quite interesting and keeps you entertained. Credible effects.
Good performances and the elements of the set are used well.
I think the script and direction are good, I would recommend it if someone wants to have a good time watching a horror movie.
It does not make use of the typical clichés of other films of the genre. Which is nice.
I can't think of much more to say about it, only that there are other films that are much more pretentious and with a lot of money invested that fail to entertain or convince. Unlike "Luz Mala", which keeps you hooked almost from the beginning.
Im Westen nichts Neues (2022)
Excellent!
Excellent adaptation of Remarque's work, about one of the saddest episodes in the history of mankind.
Top photography, excellent performances. The anti-war atmosphere is successfully conveyed to the viewer.
Except for small historical errors, the script is impeccable and you manage to put yourself in the place of the young soldiers, live their anxieties and their little joys.
Quite different, in general, from the 1979 version, except for some of the cruder scenes. The cruelty of war is portrayed in all its absurd magnitude, including the differences in the food of the high command versus the food of the troops.
Post Mortem (2020)
Scared me
Excellent! Much more than I expected. I was alone at night in my bed, and I confess, I was very scared.
Beautyful scenaries, historically accurate. I recommend this movie.
Breaking Bad: Dead Freight (2012)
Awesome
The entire chapter unfolds more or less calmly, until it reaches a completely exciting and unexpected ending.
Rarely have I felt so surprised.
Each character brings their share of meaning to the plot and they are all compelling in their own way. That is, you could perfectly find them in real life.
Breaking Bad: Half Measures (2010)
The best!
If I could I would give it more than 10, the best episode of the first three seasons, from start to finish.
Many new and unexpected situations keep you always on the lookout.
Pahanhautoja (2022)
Horrible
Some filmmakers think that animal abuse creates fear, but the truth is that it doesn't scare, it makes people sick.
The film is monotonous and incoherent, at times it pretends to be a black comedy, but it doesn't make people laugh either. If I could give it less than one star, I would.
I, Claudius (1976)
Masterpiece
Excellent, first class cast that leaves British theater in a very high level. Shakespearean worthy.
Derek Jacobi masterfully assumes the role of Claudius and the endearing John Hurt will be an unforgettable Caligula.
The Solemn Vow (2022)
Garbage
The movie is full of clichés, which are NO LONGER SCARY, as they have been used over and over again in previous movies.
Lousy performances.
The low budget is too notorious, without a doubt the most expensive was the rent of the house.
