A little one sided

History is written by the winners as they say.

I do feel this is more political documentary in favor of UFEA than an impartial approach.

I was not a fan of the super league and believe in the big clubs paying it down to grass roots. I'm glad the fans won, not UFEA as it does feel like they have monopoly. Fair play is a joke and them controlling and being their regulators is a bit crazy.

I do respect a lot of the people in the program that stood up to stop it and thank them, whatever their motivation.

It's an ok documentary, but leaves you with a lot of questions. It's worth a watch, but go in with an open mind as it does try to sway you each way as it goes along.

It's also missing some rather important interviews and data.

Selfmantery not documentary
30 December 2022
Not sure if it's Bransons fault or HNO, my feeling is both. It's just fake and nothing new. Having read a few biographies I was hopfor more the same.

This is just a controlled behind the scenes doc. It's not worth your time. Really not much new and very biased.

I'm sad to say that as years ago I thiugtthis guy was awesome, not so much now.

He did so much when he was younger, helped people. Later was searious about investing in others, sure he had his requirements. Now it seems others have taken over and it's not about helping, just about money.

Just read wiki and get more.

This is such a missed opportunity by Branson and HBO.

Louis Theroux Interviews...: Yungblud (2022)
Season 1, Episode 3
8/10
Old caveman's view
9 November 2022
Being in my 50's I'm very not the target audience for Yungblud. That's said I've listening to his music for around 3 years. I'm a teacher and it's an artist I thought would help with understanding my high school more as I'm a music fan.

I have like a lot of what he has done and the lyrical content.

For him to sit down with Louis one on one I was really interested to hear this lads opinion and voice.. Louis seems to have a way with people and to me always does great interviews.

The whole things came across as pretty really, Louis asking some good questions and getting to know the person and trying to find out what really matters to them. Yungblud seemed to come over as being pretty genuine, especially the last third.

You may not like his music or what he has to say, but as an interview show it was enlightening and worth a watch.
