I watched this one rainy afternoon in between naps and doing some DIY.
It was a good filler and I asked myself why I carried on with it.
The plot is possibly good on paper but lacking in execution. The idea of a dead man wanting his land that he never claimed so he can rest is a weird one.
If you take this as a ghost story at its heart then I think you miss the colour that this film really paints with.
I think that this is much more of a story of relationships and how they can be taken for granted or misplaced, yet a good friend is hard to find and good woman even more precious. One who stands by you even in your weirdest moments.
Taken as a thought piece on mundane mediocrity being a greater blessing than we give it credit.
