Replicant Rocks! Van Damme is Back!
19 October 2001
I was very disappointed that this movie was not released in the theaters. I waited along time to see this movie and I was not disappointed. Van Damme showed sides of himself as an actor that we have not seen before. You can tell that he is growing as an actor. The action scenes were well-choregraphed by Hong Kong director Ringo Lam. Who also directed Maximum Risk in 1996. Van Damme did a great job as the "The Torch" he was very dark and mysterious. Number 1 was very comical and showed sensitive emotions in some parts. I think this movie will hopefully jump start Van Damme's career where it use to be. If you are a action fan this is a must see!

The Fast and the Furious Rocks!
23 June 2001
I was really looking forward to watching this movie and I was not disappointed. It was awesome! "The Fast and the Furious had some of the best car chases ever filmed. Paul Walker did a great job as the undercover cop, he has a bright future in the movie industry. Vin Diesel was awesome as Dominic, he just looks cool and he can kick butt. This movie has everything women, fast cars, guns, and a kick butt soundtrack. This is a must see for all action fans and if you want a adrenline rush this is the movie to see. Rob Cohen did a great job with this action masterpiece. I give "Fast and the Furious" ****stars and two thumbs up!

Decent action movie. Gary Daniels has done better!
26 April 2001
When I heard the plot for Black Friday it sounded like it was going to be a good action movie, but I was disappointed. I am a big Gary Daniels fan so what he releases I go and see as soon as possible. The camera angles were poorly shot and the script was lacking in many areas. The fight scenes were decent but I have seen Gary do better in movies like "White Tiger" and "Fist of the North Star." I would only suggest this movie if you are a Die Hard Gary Daniels fan. I hope Gary will continue to improve in his movies but if he keeps making movies like this one and Epicenter he will never progress in his movie career. He has the potential to be a great action with the right direction!

Not a Typical Gary Daniels Movie!
20 March 2001
I was really looking forward to watching this movie for a while but then I found it was airing on UPN network and that kind of disappointed me. It was a decent action movie but it lacked the martial art fight scenes that I was hoping on since Gary Daniels was starring in it. Gary's role was kind of like a villian role until the end of the movie I didn't really like that. If I were to rate I would rate **out of****.
