Oppenheimer (I) (2023)

As a Nolan fan this was boring

Boring movie, which is mostly political court room scenes.

They don't show the Japan bombing but probably because we were ment to see it from oppenheimer's point of view, to which I found the Trinity scene very underwhelming, looks like they just blowed up a big barrel of gasoline. Some unnecessary nude Florence Pugh scenes, which is quite unusual for Nolan.

The acting was excellent. But there is too much dialogue and characters being introduced every scene.

The part where he is supposed to speak Dutch in Leiden, Netherlands, is not the Dutch language at all. Sounded more like German. Overall 3/10, the movie could have been shorter.

This was the one I liked the least out of all, the acting was pretty bad from some and it felt like a Netflix movie, too bad because the story was interesting.

Movie was alright, a bit corny cheesy and cringe at times and fun at other times, but it's decent entertainment for some popcorn fun.

The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (2021)

But still enjoyable, Vera and Patrick nail their role and really makes you root for them, but some lines were really cheesy like "where do we start?" "From the beginning." Or the "I'm afraid she WILL." line.

And the horror factor has been really scaled down, this is more on the thriller investigation side, but if you like to follow these charismatic demonologist and their team around, I recommend you watch it now.

I liked this one better than the previous one, really interesting with a good plot twist. Some unrealistic bits but don't forget it's a movie. I also like seeing Chris rock as a cop since lethal weapon days. Overall this is a decent movie, entertaining.

Tom Holland in Star Wars, interesting sci-fi with the guy from Kong, palpatine's descendant, the death star architect from rogue one, and the guy stuck in Jumanji, the way they have to communicate is interesting it could have been developed further otherwise enjoyable movie but not the greatest.

Great action movie, fast paced, fights are really well done and they come in real quick. The human parts are short and it's mostly focused on the kaijus so it's everything we wanted, destruction is off the charts. Don't go in looking for a decent story as there is none, just grab some popcorns and enjoy the fun.

Great start to the show, lots of action and fast paced, we get to know a lot more about the falcon and bucky, a great addition to the marvel tv universe. Great ride

Movie has decent plot, Gerard butler 's character goes through a horrible thing, notices the justice system is flawed, seeks revenge and we root for his revenge. It's nicely done and with a good pace, you keep rooting for him.

Then the ending happens and it goes downhill at 89 degrees angle. I have read that Jamie Foxx insisted on changing the ending which I thought was not cool from him, but now that I think about it, if it had the ending everyone wanted, this movie probably would not be talked about still 10 years later on social media.. who knows.. but I enjoyed this movie for what it is.

French romance drama with lots of explicit sex scenes that drag on too long that feels like the director got a little too excited. anyway Adele is not a nice girl she wants to have sex with anything that lives even when she is in a relationship. I was sympathizing with Lea Seydoux's character all the time. The movie is way too long, could have had a runtime of 85mins instead of 180, it gets quite boring.

Was pretty boring artsy style movie, not so brutal or extreme as some reviews are saying, people saying they walked out should stick to watching Bridget Jones diary or something like that, also the pacing felt off seemed like it dragged too long after 30mins, the actors did a good job though, very good acting

This wasn't very good or entertaining, felt like it dragged too long, Chris Pine's character was there and just wasn't there anymore, also she raped that poor unconscious man's body while Chris pine was in it, the villains weren't as good as the first one either they felt pretty tame also again we get the the not so hot girl becomes hot without her glasses cliche, but i guess that was a callback to the 80s, otherwise it didn't look much like the 80s other than the fannypack joke, the DC metro had a modern sign.

The New Mutants (2020)

Movie is mediocre but with nothing much coming out this year, it is very popular. Was nice change from heroes facing world ending scenarios, entertaining, but some of the acting is really bad. The story is ok. I still want more X-men stuff though

Good movie from China, gives the same vibes as Jurassic world without the dinosaurs. CGI is well done and I was waiting for the obvious hollywood trope at some point but it never happened, good change of that, a nice surprise. It's a cool disaster movie to watch with the family and I really hope they make more of them.

Really bad movie don't waste your time unless you like unnecessary jump scares with loud volume. The main character has no conflict whatsoever and doesn't seem to be in danger at all, the evil demon does nothing harmful, the only thing that puts this movie in he horror category are the jumpscares. I gave it a 2 for John Cho's part as it was the most interesting but it was too short even though the trailer made him look like a main character.

This movie is dumb and trash, it makes fun of a serious event in a very dumb way, A lot of the scenes drag on for too long and the way they portray history is really bad for the brains of the younger generation who will just suck it up as facts.. Worst movie about hitler ever made.

Rian Johnson makes bad movies and this is another one of them. The plot makes no sense, the detective is annoying and of course the white American family is evil while the immigrant girl is the perfect person with no flaws at all. Thanks Rian Johnson this movie Confirms he can't direct at all. I gave it a 4 because it reminded me of some old hasbro board game I used to play.

A boring movie about two guys having discussions while walking through trenches and the camera is just in front of them. Great.. it doesn't show the grittiness and gruesomeness of the First World War at all and the plot makes no sense while the main actors survive explosions in a tunnel with their plot armor. If you like art style boring movies and want to feel like a critic this is for you. If you like action/war entertaining movies this is not for you.

Ok this movie has a lot of random plot but the action is pretty good and also the special effects are nice good visuals, palpatine pulls out some Old school memes like "DEW IT" and "The dark side of the force is a pathway to many abilities some consider.. unnatural" also they talk about the Holdo maneuver(hyperspace through a ship) at one point and they said it only worked 1 in a million times lol. The jokes are funny and well placed, but I wish it ended a bit differently as the story is not that good for the whole saga, if the Rey saga was a stand-alone movie it would be alright but doing it this way.. they could have thought of something better Overall it's a decent action/scifi movie but for hardcore Star Wars fans it's really not what they wanted

If you enjoyed the previous 2 movies, this movie follows the same simple formula but it's a very nice 3rd movie. Don't go in expecting a deep story, some actors just scream bad guy straight away and make everything predictable, go in just to enjoy the nice combat scenes and fast paced action. Overall it's a nice film to just enjoy without thinking too much about it.
