Heavyweights (1995)
Heavyweights
The movie Heavy Weights was probably one of the cutest movies I've seen as a child. I did indeed go to summer camp, but I unfortunately was one of the only 'fat' kids there. This movie made me dream of going to a camp where EVERYONE was the fat kid.
This is just a cute movie that does a great job of showing team work, self esteem, and believing in yourself.
It also shows how often 'fat' kids are their own worse enemies...which I've lived first hand. And Toni Perkis JR is portrayed by one of my favorite actors Ben Stiller....is the perfect example of people who try to undersand what it's like for 'fat' kids, but have NO idea.
Drive Me Crazy (1999)
Just...awful
Possibly one of the worst movies I've ever seen in my entire life. The plot line was the type where it's already been done, but they try to put a new twist on it. The acting was not up to par as Melissa Joan Heart is a great actress in many other things. I just felt like banging my head off the wall after every pain staking moment of this film. I'm usually the one in my group who likes the crappy movies. So to anyone who feels like this film was good..your entitled to your opinion, but I for one disagree. If you wanna see a really crappy film...rent it, but I wouldn't waste my money on this. So what's the deal with this movie? Why did it suck so bad? The world may never know.
Monsters, Inc. (2001)
Movie for all ages
I saw Monsters Inc. with my mother, who is 44, and myself of the age of 18. That movie is so good for any age. I laughed so hard I cried, and then I cried so hard that I laughed at myself. It was so touching. Monsters Inc is a movie for all ages.
Scream 2 (1997)
Best
Scream 2 was by far the best of the 3 screams. It had the most creative killers, and the killers made the most sense. I loved all the characters, and I could relate to them all. This was by far the best. Jamie Kennedy, and Jerry O'Connell were the hottest too. 8*)
Dana Carvey: Critics' Choice (1995)
Great!
This is the funniest I have ever seen Dana Carvey. He is my favorite comic, and I can't get enough of this show. Dana Carvey is my idol in the comic world, and I can truly say this is his best show ever. I watch it every time it is on, and I laugh just as much every time. 8*)
Jack the Bear (1993)
Loved it
Jack the Bear, was a strong and powerful movie about a single dad, trying to raise his 2 boys. It is about life, and the struggles of it. There are also happy times, but there seems to be more sad than happy. I thought this movie was great, and I would highly suggest it. 8*)
Coyote Ugly (2000)
Love it!
Okay, Coyote Ugly has got to be the best movie I have seen all summer. I laughed, I cried, and I cheered. Everyone in the movie was touching in their own way, and all the characters were cute and funny. I loved this movie. It was so great! 8*)
Mission: Impossible II (2000)
Great, heart stopping!!!
I fell in love with the first Mission Impossible, because of the action, mystery, and of course... Tom Cruise. Well, the second movie just blew me away, I found it to be an adequate sequel to the first Mission Impossible. I loved it more then the first. Two BIG thumbs up by me! 8*)
