I had great expectations about this movie as i had heard a lot of good things about it. It was quite good, but not nearly as good as the original three. The characters are just a bit two dimensional. I thought the script was quite good though, it wasn't too cheesy although there were a few bits of dialogue that had been heard before in the other movies. The acting was good but not excellent. And the story seemed very drawn out in places and it didn't really join together that well. The special effects were amazing though, and the final few battle scenes are very good. This movie just didn't satisfy me i only wish that it had.

With all that hype, what is it really like?

Having read all the books some time ago I was looking forward to this film for some time. Luckily I managed to get preview tickets and waited in line with the rest of the audience which were all little kids and their parents. Any way the film started and there was a cheer from the crowd would it be as good as their expectations?
Well in a word yes. The acting was pretty good actually with Ron being the pick of the youngsters. The special effects were a little disappointing at times but Fluffy was very good. The overall scenes in the film were spectacular with hogwarts living up to my hopes and quidditch being as exciting as it should. The story I think was a bit rushed but having read the book it filled in the gaps, but whether it would be as good if i hadn't read the book i don't know.
Overall 9/10, the only down points being Snape didn't do enough and with alan rickman acting he should have done more and the other point being the special effects in places.

I enjoyed this film, having seen the original I expected great things. The story was poor i admit that, but the scenes were great and the opening sequence was very good. It was worth a watch but i wouldn't go expecting great things.
One of the main things which makes or breaks a film is its ending and unfortuantly the ending was poor. It doesn't make any sense and if someone could explain it to me i would be ver grateful.

One of my favourite films!
It was visually stunning and the performances in it were all top rate.
The story was fantastic with loads of great characters, and the music just put the icing on the cake.
Although it is a bit slow in parts, it is still very good, i don't want to give much away so you will just have to go and watch it!

Well I have seen a good view horror films and this is not the worse one i have seen by a long shot. The story is pretty good and the acting not bad either but there is nothing that stands out. All in all i would say that its pretty average but worth a watch if only to scare your girlfriend!

It has to be one of the worst movies ever but is very good to watch. We quite often play drinking games to it, for example everytime they say "beer" which is a lot take a drink. I think it has to be watched more than once to be fully appreciated.
It has some good ideas but how the hell the cop catches up to people when he is walking and they are running or even in a car i don't know.
Overall worth a watch and a laugh.

Dr. Giggles

What can I say about a film with the title Dr Giggles. All I can say is that it is not that bad. It is actually well made and the story line is adequate. Though the best thing has to be the different variety of deaths involved. Another good thing is the fact he is not cap handed and tries successfully to kill most people. A pleasant surprise, not a bad film at all!
