Iron Monkey (1993)

One of the most craziest action movies ever created

The Iron Monkey has a similar plot to Robin Hood. A doctor who disguises himself as The Iron Monkey goes around getting gold for the poor. The action scenes aren't like any other movies you have seen before. Compared to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, The Iron Monkey contains more and impressive action. There were some parts in the movie where my friend and I were laughing, but it was because of the crazy kung fu.

This is like a Hong Kong version of Robin Hood except with high flying kung fu action that will just blow you away.

Kiss of the Dragon (2001)

"Kiss of the Dragon" is just my favorite movie. You don't see Jet Li in any of his movie like this before. This is his most violent movie yet. His moves are more realistic compared to his previous movie "Romeo Must Die". In this movie, you don't see Jet Li flying in the air, he stays on the ground doing hand-to-hand combat.

I recommend this movie to any hardcore action fans, but just don't take you children to see it.

Sphere (1998)

Pretty good

I saw this movie when in theatres and I just re-saw it again. This movie is so suspenseful that the dialogue kept me hooked into the movie. But not it was only suspenseful, it was also freaky because of the atmosphere and because of how the movie goes on. Some scenes really gave me the creeps.

My god what a cool show!

This was my favorite show when I was young. I used to tell all my friends about this show on how cool and funny it was. As soon as they saw it... They loved it! It was much better than "Power Rangers" because it wasn't as corny, it had some seriouse and goofy things which made the show great. Its too bad that it wasn't on the air for a long time.

Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon? (2001 TV Movie)

I started to believe...

I have to admit but after seeing this, I started to believe if humans did land on the moon. The evidence were pretty convincing and they are true, like one example, the american flag waves on the moon, but how can it be waving with no wind? This did pretty much scare me a little because of the government. They are so powerful and smart that they can just do anything to get your attention.

Who Am I? (1998)

The best Jackie Chan film

This is like my favorite jackie chan film. Sure there is hardly any action in this movie, but the story line is just incredible, possibly the best story out of all of his films! The action with the 2 hitmans at the last scene were just incredible as well. This movie is worth viewing.

Ninja Scroll (1993)

My favorite anime movie, yet!

This is my favorite anime movie so far. The movie was just well made with its superb cartoon and its dialogue works just well with the movie. This movie is a bit weird with all of its characters characteristics, but you'll find that they are quite amazing of what japanese cartoon can do.

Rumble in the Bronx (1995)

1 of my favorite Jackie Chan movie

This is one of my favorite Jackie Chan movie, (my favorites are "Dragons Forever" and "Who Am I?"). First of all, the other Jackie Chan films have good humour but has nothing to do with the movie, its just in there to make people laugh, but in this movie, the humour actually goes well with the story. His action is always intense with his kung-fu, so basically, everything goes well with the movie.

I rate this movie 10/10.

Another Meltdown (1998)

My favorite international movie

This movie is just so brilliant. I have no idea how they created such an extraordinary action sequence. There's intense gun fighting, and my favorite..... Kung fu fighting. Qi Shu was just so superb doing this film.

The story was a little bit hard for me to understand because there was some things that they talked about that I didn't get, but you'll probably understand later on in the ending.

That Qi Shu is so cool, that he should be like the next Jet Li. I really enjoyed this movie, and I hope that I can get it. I recommend this movie to anyone who loves action.

Once Upon a Time in China (1991)

Jet Li's best

This is my favorite Jet Li movie. Not only because of the Kung fu, but because of his character. It really got to me how he wanted to speak out for his country even though a lot of people didn't really care. He risk his own butt to do the right thing.

The story was very entertaining. They acted out very well and

coordinated the action sequence extremely perfect. The moves were just so well done! Some exquisite techniques done by Li himself and others.

So I couldn't just say that this was good..... It was perfect.

Hard Boiled (1992)

The best John Woo movie

My opinion is that this is the best John Woo movie. The story was terrific, the acting performed by Chow Yun-Fat and Tony Leung was terrific, and the action was just so intense! Well you know John Woo! He loves action! His whole life is like about action, where people are flying in the air, things exploding, gun firing, people swearing, etc. The hospital scene's a good example. It was so explosive! They were killing each other if though there was no tomorrow. That scene could be the best and the most action scene ever created. The team work between Chow Yun-Fat and Tony Leung was also a good remark. One shoots another, the other shoots back. One takes cover, the other covers back. From this day on, I rate this movie 9/10 and say that its the best John Woo movie ever..... Yet!

Opposite Sex (2000)

My dream is to go to an all girl school so that for once I can get noticed!

This show is like my favorite. Its funny, entertaining, and it has a good story towards Jed and Kate how their friends but their both like too shy to ask each other out. What makes the show entertaining is Phil and Carey. Without them, the show just wouldn't be the same. Phil is the smart one who actually knows what he's doing. Although Carey, all he thinks about is sex, girls, etc. Jed is in between. He's mature and he's not like Carey..... And not like Phil as well. He's smart, but not that smart, and he doesn't always think about sex because sometimes he's not comfortable with it. Now there's also Stella and Miranda. Stella, the pretty looking one but yet, she's mean. She's not really into guys so she has doubt about them (Jed, Phil and Carey) going to the all girl school. (I forgot the name of the school so please don't mind!) And then there was Miranda. Now her relationship is not as serious as Jed and Kate, but my opinion is that she does have a small crush on him. You could tell a little bit..... But what do I know?! I can't understand girls!

So overall, I think that this is a great show and I hope this show will last for a very long long long long long time.

Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980)

My favorite Star Wars episode

This is my favorite Star Wars episode. This is like the most important episode in the trilogy because this is when Luke Skywalker begins to train in becoming a jedi. Also because it first introduces Yoda and he tells you about the force. What it is, and how to use it. Without this episode, a lot of people will be lost. They would be like, "What's going to happen if Luke get's mad?" Obi-Wan tells him to never use/get hatred because that leads to the dark side.

Also, this movie tells us a lot about Han Solo and Princess Leia, where they actually express their love towards each other. Other than that, it tells you about Han's deal with Jaba, how he has to pay him or else..... In Star Wars: A New Hope, it tells you this, but not as much in this movie. So my review of this movie is that I think its the best Star Wars episode. I give it 4.5/5.

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999)

Truly a masterpiece!

When I went to the movie theatres to see this movie, I wouldn't think it would be this good. I thought it was just going to tell us more about Anakin when he was young. But when I saw this movie, I was amazed! I saw this twice in the theatres and I'm not sick of it. The special effects were wonderful, and the casts were great, (especially Ray Park as Darth Maul). The storyline was fairly good. I have to say that it wasn't superb, it was average. The other episodes of Star Wars were much better, its just that The Phantom Menace tells you more about the force, the jedi, the dark side, etc. It also tells you more about Anakin and Queen Amidala's relationship between each other. It tells you how they meet and how they get along. This will be good for the other prequels, episode II and III. So overall, I rate this movie 8/10. Not only because of the special effects, but because of the masterpiece.

X-Men (2000)

A genetically cool movie!

This movie delivers all! It has humour, action and a really good story line to the X-Men characters. The first time I saw the preview, I thought it wouldn't be that good because it looks very weird because of the costumes and because of the special effects, but when I saw this movie I was stunned! This movie is simply amazing that I quickly saw it again the next day! So if your looking for a good sci-fi movie, X-Men is the movie that you should see.

Hitman (1998)

Very entertaining!=)

This movie is one of my favorite Jet Li movie. This has a good story line, humour, and of course..... Action. This movie is kinda different than his other films like Fist of Legend or Black Mast because in this movie Jet uses a lot of guns instead of using hand to hand fighting. I say about a scale of 6/10, he uses guns, and the rest he uses his fighting skills. Still, this movie is very entertaining and you should watch it if your a Jet Li fan.

Fight Club (1999)

AMAZING!

This movie is simply just wonderful. My favorite movie! As I watched this movie, I was in to it. Edward Norton's character reminds me of me, (only the weird things that he does). David Fincher made a good progress filming this film. There was humour, action and suspense with all....... Well...... Go see this movie and you'll see what I mean. I give this movie 10/10!

P.S. Rule number one about Fight Club is........ We do not talk about Fight Club......... So less info equals better. Just kiddding.

Fist of Legend (1994)

Much better than Chinese Connection

Now Fist of Legend is an amazing movie! There's good fighting scenes, good stunts, good acting, and best of all, the actor Jet Li. Now in this movie there's more action and cooler things in this movie. In Bruce Lee's The Chinese Connection there was "ok" fighting, acting, etc. It was more silly then Fist of Legend. I rate this movie 8/10. This is a type of movie where you should see if your into martial arts.

Black Mask (1996)

Simply a thrilling movie

Now let me tell you about this movie, this movie is MY FAVORITE MOVIE!!! This movie has excellent combat fighting. This movie does sound like a silly story line about how Jet Li plays a super hero, like Spider-Man, or etc. But once you've seen this movie, you would probably want to see it again and again. I rate this movie 10/10.

Romeo Must Die (2000)

Good martial arts film?

Now let me say something about this movie...... This movie has great fighting scenes performed by Jet Li, and me! J/k, except for the Jet Li part. The problem that I have about this movie is that the title "Romeo Must Die" has nothing to do with the film. They didn't want to kill Jet Li's character. They weren't hunting him down or something. He just got into trouble. But although this does have a good story line to it, I decided to rate this movie 9 out of 10.
