Crystal Voyager (1973)

THIS MADE ME ANGRY!

Well to start off I was like, wow this is new, so when is the film starting, and out of this in between stuff. But it never ended. The film is just one big in between! And after 10 minutes of waiting for something to actually happen, apart from water splashing around, I just started getting angry! There is nothing in this documentry and nothing will be learned. Completely BORING and RUBBISH!

The Blair Witch Project (1999)

NOT SCARY! GET IT INTO YOUR MINDS! *cough*RIP OFF*cough*

If you have seen the likes of THE LAST BROADCAST and CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST you will realise how mediocre and over hyped this film really is. At the time I saw it, I thought it was OK, nothing special, but different. Only when I researched a bit did I find this film is totally unoriginal. The only part I would say that is mildly scary is the end, but that is all! I also found that parts of the end have just been taken from THE LAST BROADCAST and CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST. I can pick out at least 10 points where parts of scenes which have been ripped off from THE LAST BROADCAST. Overall I would say CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST and THE LAST BROADCAST are far better films. THE LAST BROADCAST taking a different view and so, not completely ripping off CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST. Don't bother renting THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT out, if there was any scare in it, it was in the cinema. Home viewings will make this film even worse for you, and far from scary. Rent out THE LAST BROADCAST, or try finding a copy of CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST somewhere, if you have the guts that is!

The Insider (1999)

Im sorry but with all its hype and awards I thought this would be an amazing film. What I found was a film which sent me to sleep twice. It had a good story I suppose, but the way it was done was just so boring. One good thing I can say about this film is Russel Crowe, I take my hat off to him (well if I was wearing one), he was brilliant in this film, he really did get my sympathy but this wasnt enough to keep me interested. I can see how it got the awards I suppose, its one of those films which is just saying GIVE ME OSCARS! Rent it at the most, but beware you might enjoy the sight of the inside of your eyelids more.

Am I the only one who liked the ending of this film? Well I really did believe this film, the acting by the people they interviewed was perfect due to the realness of it and its all been done very realistically. Yes this was made before the Blair Witch Project and the Blair Witch was absolutely crap. It is full of rip offs of the last broadcast, there are many points during the film which you can tell have been stolen from the last broadcast. I thought the ending was absolutely excellent. EVERYONE RENT THIS FILM NOW! THEN BUY IT!!! BUY MANY COPIES!!!! THE LAST BROADCAST 10/10 , Blair Witch 4/10

The City of Lost Children (1995)

THIS FILM IS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!

This film is what all fantasy writers are dreaming of.The whole film is set around a perfectly made set. This set adds atmosphere to the whole movie and gives it more mystery about the whole film. The acting in this film is wonderful. Ron Perlman plays the part perfectly as the simple strong man. Another acting performance which stood out was Judith Vittet. Her role as Miette was played perfectly and this her first main part in a film. She could go very far if she wanted to. And with acting like that at only the age of 9!!!!!! Although the film is spoken in french you can look at the subtitles at the bottom. This may be a bit annoying the first time you watch the film but after seeing the film a few times u will understand what is going on and you wont need to look at them. Acompanying this brilliant film is also a computer game. It has been released on PC format and also the Playstation. This game is Excellent with graphics that will make your chin drop all the way to the floor. Your take on the role of Miette in this game and it is a hard but rewarding adventure game.

ALL IN ALL THIS IS A WONDERFUL FILM I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE WHAT A MASTERPIECE 10/10
