Zeruda no densetsu: Toki no okarina (1998)
Zelda does for videogames what Star Wars did for the movies!
"Ocarina of Time" is nothing short of the most epic, playable RPG's to date. When you turn it on, you already know that you're in for the most in-depth story and challenging gameplay of all time. Shigeru Miyamoto has done a superb job of producing this game and although the wait has been long, it has been worth it
Okaeri (1995)
A very touching film.
I found Okaeri to be a very touching movie as it emphasised the loneliness that Yuriko feels in her marriage. Okaeri also makes a very strong stand on attitudes to marriage in contemporary Japanese society. One of these attitudes is that the husband's work obligations come before his marriage. This is seen in a scene where Takashi is calling Yuriko to say that he's hoing to be late because he'll be drinking with friends after Yuriko had prepared a meal for him. Another scene is where Yuriko is criticising Takashi for his lack of commitment to their marriage and how she struggles to tell him how lonely she is.
