An impressive description of NY upper class
25 July 1999
After Blade Runner R.Scott decided to play a film in one of the most "played" city in the world: New York. In a different way from Woody Allen he described the environment where the upper class lives. Manhattan belongs really to another planet and the scene in the Guggenheim Museum is breath-taking.

Played in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

All the ingredients of this movie are excellent. Place: Cote d'Azur, Actors: Cary Grant, John Williams, Actress: Grace Kelly, Director: Sir A. Hitchcock. What can you expect with these ingredients? I really love Grace when she is driving along the Moyene Corniche above Cannes but the most loved scene is the first kiss to Cary Grant at the entrance of her room in Carlton Hotel.

A view in a real place where people are living
11 July 1999
A part of the A.H. description of the phenomenous of voyeur, my comment is referred to Grace. She looks absolutely perfect (as usual). The most charming scene is her first kiss to J. Stewart (as in To Catch The Thief, where she kiss Cary Grant just in front of her room) who has anticipated her character telling us that Grace is living in the "Park Avenue air".
