A great movie for 8 - 11 boys! (and those that appreciate that humor)
19 August 2006
Pre-adolescent humor is present in large quantities. The acting and story are wonderful if you can stomach the concept. Those with weak constitutions will have some difficulty since the "worms" are realistic enough to cause churning of more than a few in the audience.

Tom Cavanagh and Hallie Kate Eisenberg stole the spotlight, but the young Ty Panitz could get some serious time on screen over the next few years.

Miss Eisenberg has developed from a cute face into a strong young actress with charm and wonderful comic delivery.

The story does a spectacular job in dealing with bullying, friendship, and fairness. It creates an opportunity to discuss these topics in an open and frank manner while recalling some "gross" scene from the film.

Another great kids & parents' show!

A nice show along the lines of Dragon Tales, where working together to solve problems is the key. The main song will get to adults after a short while, but it is not horrible. The characters are fun and they explore the results of poor behavior. Most of them have fears that can get a bit over done. But a fun show to watch with your 3 year old.

Dragon Tales (1999–2005)
What a great show for three/four year olds and parents!

This is a show that stresses problem solving for young children. A six yr. old girl and her four yr old brother travel with the help of a dragon scale to a Dragonland and interact/play with four young dragons. The dragons' teacher helps direct them when they are having difficulty with their challenges. The music is fairly repetitive, and can be a bit much for parents, but it is great for kids. This show is a nice change from much of the programming aimed at these kids.

Fun fantasy for the whole family!
7 July 1999
It is a fairly well done movie that mixes present day and medieval adventure with a fair mix of Arthurian legend. A few cute touches thrown in will keep you entertained. It is best aimed at kids or kids at heart.
