Your missing the point.. this is a homework assignment!!
17 August 2000
This film wasn't designed for us to like it.. it was designed for a teacher to watch and see if his student learned anything. This is a delightful piece of work, made with someones own two hands. It has everything that a film would ever need: Point of veiw shots, wide shots, pans, medium shots.. the only thing i saw was that he didnt leave enough head room for the models when the stepped out of the limo. For a student film, this is quite a piece of work!

Titan A.E. (2000)
Episode 1 should have been this
26 June 2000
Visually entertaining, and better if you can add your own imagination to it. While certian things are left unknown, this is where YOUR imagination comes in play. For kids and adults alike, is it really possible to get this much action out of american made cartoons? Lets hear a hell yes for TITAN A.E.!!

Good for the family and the kids
9 November 1999
I saw this movie by myself in a theater for no reason at all. What I expected was a drained out kids movie.. what I found was a kids movie that is good enough to be watched with parents. The movie is not anything spectacular, but it is a very good family flick. Don't be fooled by the idea of it being a sequel.. its better than those other washed up kids movie sequels.

Teen Wolf (1985)
1980's teen movie? Wait a minute.. what movie?
29 August 1999
Yes, this movie is... insane. I am not saying Mike J. Fox didnt give a good preformance.. i'm saying he gave a terrible one. The rest of the movie is what you would expect.. a bunch of drunk, 1980's kids from California portrayed in a movie with a werewolf who is also one of the same.

Willow (1988)
I grew up with these movies!!!
19 June 1999
Willow was an all around decent movie. While nothing was too great for most viewers, for me it was completely mindblowing. Why? Because i grew up watching movies like this, such as the Princess Bride.. although thats not really like this.. but er.. anyways.. you know what I mean. The effects are good for the time and the adventure in the movie is great. Its worth watching because your either going to love it or hate it. I love it... but you probably already figured that one out..

Pop rocks and soda? Lemmie try.. ahghsgdackhem!
23 January 1999
Hmm what can i say about this movie other people haven't? Just about nothing. As you've read before this is just another horror movie to see how many ways we can kill a human. The movie only got cheesier as it went on. If you like these kinds of movies, or like to see dogs explode in the microwave then more power to ya.

Virus (1999)
I had one of those when I was a kid
23 January 1999
Virus looked like a healthy sci-fi movie from the previews. I was expecting an alien\terminator like movie in the far reaches of space. Of course I was bummed when I found out it took place on a ship in the middle of the ocean. Well I figured it could still be decent but it only got worse. The effects are rotten and the acting is bad. The story goes almost nowhere the whole time. The aspect of action is ruined with terrible sci-fi and bad effects. I heard a parent yell from the back of the theater "I had one of those when I was a kid" when the small cheesy robotic spider came onto the screen.

The world is in love with Tom Hanks
17 January 1999
Again Spielberg outdid himself in making a movie as real as possible. This movie is very well directed and the realism is fantastic. I guess I was the only person who didn't think the opening d-day scene was as gory as i had heard. The drama in this movie wasn't good at all. I was laughing at the end of this movie when everyone else was crying. Does this make me demented? No, I just believe that this movie is much overrated and that the world loves Tom Hanks so much that this movie exceeds the ratings it should get. I thought the opening scenes where the only thing to watch here, so that people can respect what happened in WWII during d-day. The rest of this movie can be thrown to the dogs, because frankly, it's just another movie with Tom Hanks face. Oh yes, and we can't forget that Matt D. guy either, everyone loves him too.

Disgrace to the Martial Arts
2 January 1999
I could live with the first Mortal Kombat, it was a new interesting idea with lots of decent computer effects, but not with this Mortal Kombat movie. Most of the original actors are replaced and the computer animation is rigid and shiny. The martial arts in the movie are much to fake and not done correctly. The story line is incorrect with the true Mortal Kombat video games and most of the scenes are too cheesy to take in.

Terrible movie, unless you like Xena: Warrior Princess
2 January 1999
I went to see this movie JUST to make fun of it... and mock it I did. This movie didn't even show signs of excitement or good special effects. It was like a very long episode of Xena: Warrior princess, with all the bad acting and computer effects to go with it.

Twister (I) (1996)
Special effects but no movie
2 January 1999
The special effects in this movie are great, but that is if you watch in a theater, not on your TV. The plot line is dumb, and the acting is about the same. Although this movie still has all of that behind it I can still find myself watching it just to see the tornado push around big trucks and blow cows across the screen.

No matter what race you are, you will enjoy this movie
2 January 1999
This movie is moving and powerful. The acting isn't the only thing that adds to this movie, but the script and setting. The movie is full of men and woman with all kinds of lifestyles, from rich to homosexual, who must interact with each other on a long bus trip. I think most people will enjoy this very dramatic film.

Virtuosity (1995)
Poor Denzel, how could you be casted?
2 January 1999
I think the idea of this movie could have been greater than how they made it. The first few scenes of this movie were interesting, but the rest was terrible. Every actor and actress in this movie seemed like they just wanted it to be made as quickly as possible. Shame on the writers for turning a somewhat adaptable idea into a bad action film.

Mosquito (1994)
Giant animated mosquitos, sound like fun?
2 January 1999
This movie has little to no plot. I enjoyed watching the movie just to see animated mosquitos attack cars and fat guys with chainsaws. The effects are terrible, most of the insects are animated, and very badly at that. The movie goes nowhere the whole time you watch it. Do yourself a favour and swat it away from you when it comes in sight.

Classic M. Brooks Humor
2 January 1999
Performances by Leslie Nielson and Peter MacNicol are absolutely great. This movie is full of intelligent (and not so intelligent) humor. If you watch the other Dracula movies and then watch this, you'll find it even more funny. Its definitely Mel Brooks from start to finish. Not the funniest movie ever produced but a true Mel Brooks classic.

Balto (1995)

Great Animation, Greatly Produced
2 January 1999
Where can I start? This movie is greatly animated, directed and written. There's no cheesy songs to slow it up or a boring storyline. Every angle that is shown is perfect, every background and colour scheme is great. The music by James Horner is well done and fits the moods of the film. Whether you're a kid or an adult, you will find yourself cheering Balto on.

Oblivion (1994)
Cowboys and aliens? It just doesn't work
2 January 1999
This movie's plot line turns itself around in so many circles it ends up making no sense. There is not enough action to keep you watching and most of it is just too fake. The writers of this film didn't even have a good idea.

Greedy (1994)
Good story line, Lame Jokes
2 January 1999
The storyline in this movie is great, but the comedy factor is very low. The attempted jokes in this movie are flavourless. If you go to watch this movie don't expect a comedy, expect a light-hearted drama. The ending is great and the actors are lively.

Mutant turtles at their worst
2 January 1999
The first two turtle movies where somewhat decent. They had good costumes and related to the show fairly well. They are great movies for kids and anyone who wants to see giant teenage turtles beat up a lot of bad guys. This third installment however is very badly done. The story is too wacky even for the ninja turtles and the idea is no longer original. If your kids love the ninja turtles and can't get enough, then this is good, but if you expect a somewhat decent movie, skip this one.

Double Dragon (1994)
Goofy, pointless, lame and full of bad acting
2 January 1999
This was another lousy attempt at a movie based off a video game. I loved the Double Dragon video games since I was a kid, but I was ashamed of myself for watching this movie. The story line is basic, good guys trying to beat up bad guys. The film is very goofy and geared towards the younger crowd but fails with the PG-13 rating. If you want effects you will not find them and if you want a good movie don't watch this one.

Critters 3 (1991)
Another cheap, but fun, critters movie
2 January 1999
This has to be the worse Critter movie in the series, full of cheap effects and bad acting. The storyline is just as bad and the acting is terrible. Why is this movie fun? Because there is so much good material to make fun of and mock. It's not scary, and it's not really any good in the Sci-Fi department, but as a bad film to make fun of, its great. Don't watch this film if you're looking for a good movie, watch this film if you're looking for a good film to make cracks at.

Great adventure for everyone who wants to escape reality
2 January 1999
If you feel like watching a movie where everything gets completely wacky, but its still good, then this is it. This movie throws an off-the-wall adventure at two teens. It's full of laughter, effects and adventure. All in all its good clean fun for everyone. I think most people will enjoy watching this movie for one reason or another.

Ghoulies II (1987)

Cheap horror with rubber puppets
2 January 1999
No matter how I look at this movie it will always be bad. It doesn't leave off where the first one did, instead it shows an almost pointless scene which we could all live without. I thought this movie would become watchable, but it only got worse. Of course along with the bad acting, bad effects and bad music, you'll find how poorly its been directed and how dumb the stupid rubber monsters are. I'm still having trouble figuring out how one monster the size of a blender can tackle somebody over. This is just another cheap horror flick made to make money, avoid at all cost.

Great fantasy movie, terrible kids movie
2 January 1999
Disneys initial plan for this movie was to gear it towards the older crowd.. and well.. it certainly is geared towards the older crowd, perhaps a little to much. I love this movie, the storyline is from one of my favorite books, the animation is good and its what I like, fantasy. Although halfway through the movie the story started to slip, it ended up being overall good. At the time this movie came out, Disney movies were classified by the older generations as 'childish', and since parents where told the movie wasn't good for their kids, it simply flopped. If you're interested in a serious animated film, see this one.

May be classic, but such a disgrace
2 January 1999
When I first started watching this movie it started off fine, I had very high hopes for it, then about 15 minutes into the film I realized I was watching sick humor that wasn't even funny. There are a couple of great scenes but it's not enough for me to let my brain rot while I watch this movie. Its exaggerates college life to the extremes, which could be funny if it had not been done like this.
