Virtual Girl (1998 Video)
Serves the purpose
30 November 2003
Caught this one on a trip to Florida in 2000 to see the Jets game. It was my first night on the trip, and I was beat so I headed back to the hotel from the bars around 1 AM. This was showing on whatever the heck station in Fort Lauderdale.

The plot is decent - you dont often get that in soft core stuff. The main characters are bearable to look at and listen to. Even Charlie Curtis showed some ability to act. It could've been done better perhaps. The computer-ish graphics, while part of the plot, serve to cheese up things a bit.

In summary, yeah I'd nail Virtuosity. Er, I mean decent, catch it if you can.

Summer Girl (1983 TV Movie)
Precursor to famous movie
11 February 2001
I remember the movie from my high school days. We all wished we could have a babysitter like that. Now that I recall it more, that movie really was a precursor to "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle". Got the seducing sitter, two kids and the mischief/revenge factor. They even both take place by the beach. Note that Diane Franklin (the sitter) is the famous "MCI girl".

Villa Alegre (1973–1977)
Brings back memories
22 September 2000
This used to be shown on Channel 13 (public access in NYC) every day along with Sesame Street and Electric Company. When I was a kid, I picked up a little Espanol from it. The thing I most remember is the theme song at the start and end - I'd love to find that wav file.

I dont believe there were any actors of prominence on the show, but it was a kick
