The Gymkhana Files logo was created by artist Mark Yamamoto by digitizing the actual tire marks made by the Hoonicorn.
The Hoonigan team is based around the country. The media office is in Long Beach, the race team office is in Park City, but other individuals work remote and live in different cities. There are mechanics, fabricators, photographers and others spread through New York, Las Vegas, San Diego, Florida and more.
After years of racing multiple championships, racing for Ford Performance in the 2016 World RX was the first time Ken had fully focused and competed in a single racing championship and discipline.
Andreas Bakkerud made rallycross history in Hell, Norway by winning all four qualifying heats, his semi-final and the final of round 5 of the World Rallycross Championship. It was the first ever clean sweep at the event, as well as the first time a Norwegian had won at home in Hell in World RX.
The red ball in Ken's trailer is used for a range of kickboxing exercises to maintain fitness and coordination. Ken's first trainer was Kit Cope, an American kick boxer and MMA fighter who once fought in the UFC.
