Gripping, gruesome and a game-changer

Warning: Spoilers
The introduction of Aisha (Priyanka Bose), a surgeon on the Miracle Train, could be a real game-changer in the budding romance between Gabriel and Ruby. It's not entirely clear if Aisha had a romance with Gabriel back in Mumbai all those years ago, but there is something going on. Interestingly, IMDb states Priyanka starred in episode 3.1, but I can't remember seeing her in that episode. This episode is also gruesome, with an unknown assailant throwing sulphuric acid on Jyoti (Sayani Gupta). You could almost feel the pain Jyoti was experiencing:( Tommy (Scarlett Alice Johnson), Greg's daughter is a bit of a bad egg by doing a runner at a restaurant, and encouraging her father to do the same. So many lowly paid labourers would have put a lot of effort into that meal thank you very much. White privilege I guess.
