At the beginning, Blammo exclaims that every piece of him is explosive, yet after many energy blasts and sword swipes from the Power Rangers and Sheriff Skyfire, he remains intact until turned into a fireball by a Ninja Ranger Final Attack - the normal outcome of ANY monster thus attacked.
In some scenes, Sheriff Skyfire's mouth moves behind the cloth in his mask.
Clint pities himself for being "just a security guard," yet he also seems to serve as the school's janitor.
Although not said, the rule for Space Policemen hunting down outlaws seems to be "bring 'em back dead or alive." With Blammo knocked to the ground and easy to arrest, the Red Ranger moves in for the kill - an unnecessary death which Sheriff Skyfire sanctions by offering his samurai sword for Red Ranger's use. Murdering a fallen foe doesn't seem a worthy action for either a Power Ranger or for any lawman.
Right after receiving a handful of citations from Clint, Hayley heads out to fight Sheriff Skyfire as a Power Ranger. When the brief fight ends, she discovers a text message from Principal Hastings sent an hour earlier. She hightails it to school where Principal Hastings punishes her for receiving Clint's numerous citations (the subject of her summons). There is no way Principal Hastings could have sent a text message about the citations just short of an hour before they were handed out.
