The boys, along with Captain Peachfuzz and Werner von Beige, are on a plane, attempting to melt enough of the North Pole to keep it from being too heavy and causing the earth to tilt. Bullwinkle reads from the Congressional Record, enough to create hot air and keeping the plane from crashing. Meanwhile, as they try to land on a desert island, two sinister figures appear. Special features include the Fractured Fairy Tales "Tale of a Frog, who finds out what it means to be discontented. Then there is Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties "Marigolds" where Snidely puts on a marigold suit (Dudley is allergic to marigolds).
