My endless refrain that Stills & Mills should hire a scriptwriter is rewarded with this excellent series, in which the leading actresses (selected as "Girls of the Month" in the age-old Hefner tradition) get to write the screenplays and cast their individual vignettes. It's been followed up recently by an identical series called "Showcases", and I'm grateful.
The first edition on DVD runs nearly 4 hours for 3 vignettes, saluting Bree Daniels, Uma Jolie and Alexis Fawx. First two ladies emphasize incest, while Fawx develops a military porn theme, unusual for Lesbian Cinema.
Bree Daniels's scripted dialog is excellent, and serves as an object lesson to producer Bree Mills on the importance of same. She has cast Jenna J. Ross as her bible-thumping sister, who she visits and "turns", after some hot and heavy incestuous sex (within the modern self-censorship of stepsisters) and unrelenting anti-religious content. Latter is potently delivered in a sequence where Jenna demonstrates her vaunted deep-throating skills on a long dildo shaped like a cross with a Jesus image carved on it, as well as Bree masturbating with a crucifix in her vagina. (This scene recalls the heavy censorship by Warner Bros. brass when Ken Russell handed in his breakthrough film "The Devils" back in 1971.)
The two young-ish actresses are excellent, both in the sexual performing and acting departments.
Uma Jolie's lengthy contribution (running 81 minutes) is far more conventional, surprisingly taking a page from the oddly popular soft-core bondage/fetish video genre of "knocked out and tied up". She is literally knocked out by horny neighbor Mia Malkova, and tied up for ravishing, it turns out to be Mia's desire to have the young girl's virginity (somewhat redefined for this all-girl universe that Stills & Mills specialize in). After the duo are spent, Uma's stepsister AJ Applegate finds them and, in the classic turnabout fashion of those dumb fetish videos, knocks out Mia with a boot on the head, and locks her away so as to have sister Uma to herself. It turns out in the Jolie version (as writer/star) of a rape fantasy that AJ has had her own obsession with taking her sibling's virginity, with both antagonists kindlly waiting until Uma became 18. The issue here of "sloppy seconds" is skirted by Uma & AJ agreeing that it would be interesting for the older sister to teach her a thing or two.
Finale concerns training for the Air Force, with Fawx also casting AJ Applegate for her segment (described in the program notes as "hour-long" but running 82 minutes total for two parts). Out hiking up a steep hill, clad in camouflage mufti, they make love outdoors and then segue to a storage room where Fawx's energetic fingering stimulates some of AJ's crowd-pleasing Squirting, vertical fountains of fluid that fortunately miss the camera. I call this Golden Shower action as a traditionalist, but of course it looks more like Poland Spring than golden in hue.
Air Force Officer Cherie DeVille sees them in action, and summons Airman Fawx to her living quarters for a tongue-lashing (pun intended I guess) and punishment, which submissive Fawx certainly enjoys. This segue into BDSM lite content featuring two of porn's favorite MILFs working on each other is very effective thanks to always smiling Cherie's prowess as a dom.
Having watched C-Span hearings about sexual abuse of women in the Air Force, I found it interesting that Fawx had chosen that particular branch of the service for her story, and she does a fine job in making it interesting beyond the expected XXX content.
Competitor Filly Films has often given its female talent the opportunity to "direct" their videos, but with rather mediocre results, especially when compared to this Girlsway series.
