Growing up in 1989 being in the 5th grade having this cassette tape and seeing the "MTV" music video and having my friend sing this at school "Tone Loc's: Funky Cold Medina" was the song of the day. This was my fantasy and hope as I actually thought their was a love potion I could drink to get chicks and girls as I had hope yet to get a girlfriend! The video is good moving along just fine with Tone at a bar trying to pick up a chick only to be rejected, yet when he starts with the Medina it's an attraction satisfaction! Rap and drink it up Tone Loc!
