This is one of the few episodes without Gumball but he does in fact play a major part. Once again, his archenemy Rob is trying to hijack the show and tries to take away publicity from Gumball. He shows a bunch of random spinoffs featuring numerous characters from the show. That's what the rest of the episode is and it's as hilarious as you would expect. I think my favorite bit would probably be the part with the humans that had the sweaters. They were some unexpected cameos.
It seems to be a parody of stuff like "Power Rangers" and "Kamen Rider" where they introduce random giant robots or vehicles for no reason other than to promote merchandise. What's so great about this show is that it skewers practically every part of pop culture. We get parodies of kid's shows, "Cowboy Bebop", cooking shows, and reality shows. It's nice to get bits that focus on each of the show's eccentric characters. I love the joke at the end where the Internet discovers a new great show to watch. Unfortunately, it's on another network so the episode ends. ****
