Just why?

I came here specifically to complain about the baby that was screaming and crying for the last 15 minutes of this episode. Has anyone told screenwriters and directors that we are biologically programmed to be irked by a baby's crying? Also, why in God's name did he pull the arrow out? So he could bleed out more quickly before help arrived? This episode drove me up the wall.

Then this is the episode for you. I don't even know what the rest is about. You get about 20 solid minutes of wails with no greater context or meaning. Just to slowly drive you insane. I stopped watching the action.
