The title of the episode means "Prince of Wales."
In the closing scene of this episode, Prince Charles recites a soliloquy on stage from Act 3, Scene 2 of William Shakespeare's "Richard II."
Confusion may exist for some as to the title Prince of Wales. The title was first granted to the heir to the English throne in 1301 when Edward II was invested. Typically the eldest son is heir, but that hasn't always been the case. As was the case with Edward III, who was not invested by his father as Prince of Wales. Rather, Edward II made Edward, the Black Prince the Prince of Wales. The title is not inherited or automatic, it merges with the crown upon accession. Elizabeth made her intentions clear when Charles was only 9 that he would be Prince of Wales. Charles was subsequently invested in 1969 and has since gone on to become the longest reigning Prince of Wales in history.
No mention is made that it was Lord Snowden that organised the investiture
