- The five employees of a tiny company that has just been acquired, are treated by their new manager to a grand day out at a large wellness and sauna center, as a way to get to know each-other better. The requirement to go about naked is just the first of a series of awkward and uneasy situations and interactions between all of them.—AliasX
- A bus is driving through a rural landscape. Inside are five employees of a small company and a representative of a larger business, Mickaël, who is making a speech. His business bought the company of the five employees and he is taking them on a team-building trip to a wellness center. Much to their surprise nudity is the usual practice in the center. Although they intend to make a front in refusing to get naked, some of the five overcome there reservation and join Mickaël, afraid of loosing their job. Séverine bails out not willing to undress. Serge can't afford to loose his job. He stays, although he is to shy to get undressed. He tries to join the activities in his bathing wrap. He gets his gown soaked in a Jacuzzi and he then almost burns himself in a sauna because his wet gown gets to hot. He nicks a red gown and draws everybody's attention because all visitors wear white bathing wraps. The red gown apparently belongs to the music group who publicly asks to return it. Serge is getting more and more stressed. In a one to one conversation Mickaël calls Serge an Imperial eagle. When the others find out the group is breaking up, thinking that Serge is one of the chosen ones. They suspect that the Finnish sauna that comes next will be the final test. In the sauna Mickaël sends Kevin away because he suspects he is going to faint. However Serge interprets it as Kevin being sacked. When Mickaël again is nagging him about not being naked, Serge suddenly snaps. He drops his towel, and as a form of disobedience he pees over the hot stones of the heater leaving everyone baffled. Serge leaves.
Completely bare and feeling free he walks down the road, momentarily encountering Séverine, who smiles. He starts to walk over the wheat field back home.
