- Little sexual content. One of the villains likes to cut up dead corpses and always takes off their clothing beforehand. Nothing is shown during these scenes. A few small moments throughout the series, nothing to really be worried about.
- A naked man and woman are shown lying facedown on operating tables while scientists experiment on them.
- A female character is shown fully nude floating in a pool of clear liquid (full-frontal nudity is shown here, but there is no detail).
- Several women are shown fully nude lying on operating tables. Seen from front and back, but without explicit detail.
Violence & Gore

- The violence in this show is intermittent, but can be quite extreme. Involves shooting, stabbing, slicing, as well as self-inflicted harm. Characters are killed on-screen with their facial expressions of shock or pain emphasized. Some of the wounds inflicted throughout the show are especially gruesome (e.g. a sword is suddenly stabbed through a man's head and the blade can be seen inside his mouth, a man cuts his own neck open releasing a spew of blood and exposing the flesh inside his neck).
- Features violent themes throughout: murder of children and women, bioterrorism, serial killings, human experimentation, mind-control, and suicide.

- Many characters are mutated in some way. Some can grow blades off of their limbs or manipulate people with supernatural powers. Some of the crime scenes or fight scenes could be quite frightening to younger audiences.

Sex & Nudity
- A female character is shown lying in a dark room full of corpses. The character and all of the surrounding bodies are fully nude. This is not sexual in nature and no explicit details are shown, but could still be quite disturbing for some viewers.
Violence & Gore
- Violence is rather extreme. Decapitation, severed limbs, gunshots, and strangling are all present during the course of the series. At one point the bodies of two criminals are skinned and nailed to a wall. Many of the antagonists have little morals and will kill as they please.
