- TriviaWhen everybody switches bodies, Stewie switches bodies with Peter, and this is the first time in the entire series that Lois actually hears Stewie's real voice, as she is one of the characters in the show who can't understand Stewie when he speaks normally.
- GoofsPeter (in Stewie's body) comments that the car seat isn't attached, yet the car seat has remained in its place throughout a car chase that ends with crashing into a lamp post hard enough to inflate the airbags.
- Quotes
Stewie in Peter's body: [someone knocks at the door] Oh, no, it's the fat man's friends! What's the Black one's name?
Chris in Brian's body: Cleveland.
Stewie in Peter's body: Right. Cleveland.
Stewie in Peter's body: Clevelaaaand.
Cleveland Brown: Peter, you name-rememberin' son of a gun.
Glenn Quagmire: Come on, we're heading down to The Clam.
Stewie in Peter's body: Oh... oh... Wish I *could*, Glenn. Sure could go for a pom-tini, but unfortunately I gotta help my son Chris with his homework.
Cleveland Brown: Well, if you finish early...
Glenn Quagmire: [dismissively] They've all switched bodies, let's go.

The plain and simple truth is that Family Guy is one of the best shows on television and it's history and fan base prove it. If you don't like it that's fine but anyone coming to read a user review for a certain episode is going to already be a fan of the show knowing full-well what to expect as far as comedy style is concerned. No one expects a show to be perfect but reading episode reviews written like a film review is ridiculous. If you like the episode then give a review stating that. If not, write one saying you don't care for it but treat readers like the fans of the show who don't need to be told the episode was funny while the last seasons sucked.
Rant concluded.
This episode is GREAT! It is the prime example of Family Guy's style of humor!
