The courage, the talent and the humanity

I find it fascinating that Anh is so creative (in many pursuits) and is able to maintain humanity with his guests whilst being so creative. A wonderful concept, one that I find calming to watch.

This is a delightful Australian show with a man with real talent. The highlight is the unveiling of the picture but the real enjoyment comes from the conversation and Ahn's s ability to interpret the characteristics of the subject on to canvas. Has become an absolute weekly highlight.

I tie a brush to my Labradors tail, give him a pat and his wagging tail turns out some amazing stuff. He isn't as funny as Anh but he is the better artist. My favorite part of the show is when the portrait is revealed. I give 1 point to Anh for his bravery and 3 points for the subjects of his portraits. Watching them pretend they even recognize themselves and, seeing the regurgitation of their rising vomit resulting from the coarse broad strokes and unpalatable color palette makes for fair entertainment.
