Joe Santo biographer and friend Michael Bowen sits down for this twenty-minute featurette, which has him discussing the director's 1966 film RED ROSES OF PASSION. Many Sarno buffs consider this to be one of the director's best films so we get some really great details about its production. Bowen certainly knows his stuff as he talks about the various people he has interviewed about the film, which allows him to open up about what he knows about the production including around what time they believe it was shot. From here he also talks about the cast members, the original cut of the film as well as various other aspects of the production. This here is a pretty good history lesson about the making of the film, which I'm sure any Sarno fan will be happy to have. This is basically just a sit down with Bowen but all the information makes it a must see.
