When Octavia is confronting the man who refuses to eat, she picks up his piece of food and holds it in her hand. While she's holding it, it reappears back on his tray, then it's back in her hand again.
Abby tells Clarke to get her some Tramadol to assist with her withdrawal symptoms, calling it an opioid blocker. Tramadol is a low-dose opioid itself, often used to help with post-surgical and chronic pain management. However, another usage for Tramadol is as an opioid agonist. What this does is basically wean the body off of opioids by using a much lower-dose opioid to trigger the body's reactors to them, but at a much lower level. This eases the symptoms and makes the withdrawal much more manageable, meaning that Abby would be able to be function enough to work much more quickly. She was correct in asking for the Tramadol but incorrect in how she described it.
