Good old fashion cheese, and then some!

Where to start... boy is it cheesy, but in a nice old fashioned way. Everything these days is so dark, and even though this is not entirely a happy movie, it's message is certainly uplifting, if you can force yourself into the mood and setting the film is asking you to be in. It's in verse, so adapt or move on, I say. Maybe they should have made it more fairytale like and it would have made the verse easier to swallow, but I realized it was low budget right away, so money might have played a factor, who knows. Still really well done, even with it's quirks. Songs are very 80ish, so if you dig Bon Jovi, you'll like these. Deeper ending than I imagined. 8 Stars for honesty, ingenuity and those 80s rock songs!

Boring poor musical

Really boring story that is no different from any similar romance stories. That's not the worst, songs are kinda bad and it's kids acting. Characters of Sarah is annoying too, grow up pls. Feel really "sick of" her as what come out from her mouth.

Great film. The cinematography was fantastic and the music was just amazing! Have to caution, not a film for children. There is some language and drug usage scenes. But Great Film!

Was searching t.for a movie on amazon and saw it was highly rated so I clicked on it and the rest is history. One of My favorites! Going to be on the lookout for whatever the Director Jack Danini does next.

I really liked the songs, some are light hearted and others dig deep in. I loved the cinematography, So many shots could be postcards. I thought the acting looked very natural, never did it feel over acted. I loved the youthfulness of the main characters held up by their mature friends. Most of all I loved the versed melodic dialogue intertwined with the songs. A beautiful quilt that warms the heart. It drags a bit at the beginning but what a powerful ending.

Omg...I felt like they new my life. I went through something super similar to Sarah and Michael but the roles reversed...songs really bring the story to life.

Kudos on a bold and unique approach! I thoroughly enjoyed the story line, the acting and the great singing voices. The last song/grand finale is absolutely stunning! I would just caution not to watch it with young children because of some drug use, sensual content and a few F bombs.

It's not a 10... not even an 9 or an 8, a 7 at best, but I give it 10 for gutsy originality. Came across this by chance, looking for Musicals from 2020. Had no idea it would all be spoken in verse. Very cool and very well done! Music is not bad, some pretty catchy melodies. The ending is not what I was expecting at all. Overall, this is one of the most original movies I've seen in a long time. The acting by completely unknown actors is really good. Little films like this should get more exposure, so much better than some of the Hollywood made musical fiascos that just completely suck.

It was amazing! At first sight, I thought this will be a musical movie like Rent... but it's so much better. The song "Passion,Passion" goes along with the story. This song sets the tone of each part of the movie. It is a movie with amazing songs, a message for people who wants to find love, no matter what; the photography is really beautiful, and some gift: the verse. All dialogues are in verse. This movie is what would happened if Shakespeare meets Rock and Roll in New York City. It's an ode not only to passion, but to arts. It has poetry, music, narrative, and photography, everything well placed.
