The pilot episode of The Crossing was both suspenseful and very intriguing. We are introduced to a host of new characters some of whom we cannot tell who are the humans from the current year 2018, and those which are from the year 2198 some 200 years in the future and from another world or dimension.

I have always enjoyed Steve Zahn in almost everything he stars in and this new series provides such a wide range of storylines that will keep its audience both in suspense and intrigue wondering what will happen next.

It's a great start!

Predictable but Promising

Pilot was a good, intriguing start. Yes - as several reviewers have written - you can guess some of the upcoming subplots but that doesn't make it a rubbish programme... yet. Even the Good Book says there is nothing new under the sun. Most of what we wat h is a re-hash if something else. I hope the makers keep the momentum as the plot thickens and the characters develop. I for one will give it a chance.

Ridiculous flaw

I'm most of the way through the first episode, but I am very disappointed by the obvious issue with him forgetting to mention the flower. I was literally yelling at my TV the whole time they were talking, "What about the flower! Tell him to put the flower in the nurse's vase! It WILL come back to haunt you if you don't!"

I hate it when writing is so lazy.
