Later in the sequence, when talking about her "Free Dylan" t-shirts, the cast is on her left leg. These are clips used in previous episodes, but the continuity error is noticeable during this episode when they are used to analyze her case.
In episode 7, PE teacher Mr. Rafferty's name on the Educator Complaint Form is fully disclosed as Kyle Joseph Rafferty. The writers make a point of this as his name is used in a Facebook search to track his past relationships with one of the students' mothers. In the following and final episode of the series, however, we get another peek at that same Educator Complaint Form and this time it only shows his first name's initial and surname.
During Mackenzie's private Twitch stream her dialog suggests she is playing against someone, and is beaten by another player, resulting in her exposing herself. However, in the game (Rainbow Six Siege) she is clearly playing the mode called Terrorist Hunt, which is against AI, not other players.
