  Felicity Smoak : We have no idea. It's a surveillance dead zone. We can't really see a thing.

  Rene Ramirez : No surprise there.

  Felicity Smoak : The place is massive.

  Oliver Queen : Then we need everybody.

  [Dinah, Rene, and Curtis all stare at him] 

  Oliver Queen : Agreed?

  Felicity Smoak : We split the city in half with the other team. Divide and conquer is not getting us any closer to finding Cayden James. Our sector has been quiet for a few hours.

  [her computer beeps] 

  Felicity Smoak : "Has been" being the operative phrase.

• Oliver Queen : What kind of progress are you making locating the bomb?

  Vincent Sobel : Not much. Cayden keeps the bomb on the move constantly, and has become especially paranoid since I killed one of his men. Your stunt with A.R.G.U.S. last night didn't help matters.

  Oliver Queen : So why don't you just take us to where Cayden and his men are hiding?

  Vincent Sobel : Because the second you show up, he'll detonate the bomb. With the amplifier he has, he'll take out the city.

  Rene Ramirez : He's right, and until we find out where that bomb is, we've got no moves.

• Oliver Queen : Dinah, Curtis, and Rene trust you. I'm not there yet.

  Vincent Sobel : I want you to try to imagine how little I give a damn.

  Oliver Queen : You've taken a shot at me. Matter of fact, you've taken a shot at nearly everybody in that room, so I will be convinced that you are not playing us the way that you claim to be playing Cayden James.

  Vincent Sobel : I don't have to convince you, because you're not stopping me from doing this.

  Oliver Queen : Are you sure?

  Vincent Sobel : I am, because you know saving this city means doing whatever's necessary, and you know that means using me.

• Oliver Queen : Anything yet?

  Felicity Smoak : Well, if by "anything", you mean the location of the bomb, no, not yet.

  John Diggle : Okay. How much longer is this gonna take?

  Rene Ramirez : Yeah. How much longer do I got to be here, 'cause I'm starting to get PTSD.
