The lesson of the week at the Farm is betrayal. Owen sets a mission of getting the recruits into the Venezuelan Embassy and get the ambassador to turn on his country. Alex and Harry pretend to be a married couple and Ryan and Sebastian pretend to be investors.
Alex and Harry find success by using underhanded means and Harry goads Alex to land Ryan in trouble. This on/off relationship aspect between Alex and Ryan seems hard to take by now as well as getting stale.
Leon figures out that Shelby/Jane is FBI and confront's Nimah about it. He also tells her that he is unhappy what he has been doing at the Farm.
The newly appointed President Claire Haas walks into the office with plans to end the hostage crisis by launching airstrikes but Shelby aims to persuade Haas to change her mind.
However the various convoluted aspects of the show are hard to take and makes you just lose focus. As to what is going on between Miranda and Alex and what are Miranda's real motives makes you wonder if the producers of the show even know.
