Bosch continues to investigate as certain individuals get nervous.
This is a solid episode that uses characters well and lays strong foundations for what is to come.
To a lay person the procedural scenes feel authentic with good exchanges between characters. The writers do not spoon feed, so you have to keep up with the investigation to make sense of certain dialogue exchanges between characters.
The best interactions for me are between Bosch and the victim's immediate family. Some of it is quite tense and the most intriguing parts of the investigation so far.
Characters like Eleanor, J. Edgar, Santiago, and Irving have good scenes that keep their arcs developing slowly.
All actors are on good form and the production values are strong.
For me it's a 7.5/10, but I round upwards.
