Insightful & Interesting Film!

I really loved this little gem! The balance between tenacious application and serendipitous opportunity that takes place in the plot is as interesting as the balance between parenthood and trying to get an acting role in Hollywood. In particular, I love Maria Bobeva's performance, which really conveyed the emotional and practical difficulties of trying to break into Hollywood while also being a selfless mother. The direction is also quite nice and the film just pulls the audience along with it! It would be great to see this short film turned into a full production, and to see where the plot might take us!

This movie recreates a common story about our lives and the resulting effects of ignoring the surrounding world in a fast pace way of living we get caught into. Passionate performance from the cast makes you shuffle your emotions and keeps you on your toes until the very end.

A movie that made me experience joy, sadness & perplexity in a never ending loop. Very well thought of and representing the real life of the actors. The quickly changing scenes made me experience the full array of emotions, that kept me focused at the movie. I can't wait to see more from them.

I truly enjoyed the film. Even thought it deals with the film industry (which sometimes can be cliche), this one takes a rarely spoken of situation of immigrant actors trying to find job in Hollywood. It is honest, funny, insightful, touching, and technically well done. And it's an excellent human story, relatable and enjoyable. Definitely worth seeing.

Where does one begin with Audition, the #shortfilm named after the struggles of a great European actress trying to juggle passion and responsibilities. Maria Bobeva has writtenan uneasy meanwhile funny film that very much honors the effort of a great actress and mom, trying to make it to Hollywood. Wonderful content of a short movie.

If you are a short film fan you should watch Audition! It is a movie about pursuing your dream of being an actress in Hollywood,struggling and balancing between parenthood and surviving. It is very realistic dynamic movie and the end is unpredictable. I love the leading actress Maria Bobeva's performance. Highly recommend it!

This is my first IMDB review ever!! I passionately recommend this movie to anyone, being an immigrant in any country working hard/trying to make his dream come true, an actress/actor trying to survive/succeed in the harsh Hollywood of today or simply someone who has given up on his dream/s lost in the life merry-go-round of daily routine. Definitely worth 20 min of your life! In those 20 min I managed to go through crying and laughing several times. I find the leading actress, Maria, amazing! Very talented and just on point, not over or underplaying. I'm certainly watching this movie again with friends!

Well directed, richly written, and passionately acted. Audition elicits an emotional response as you relate to the trials and tribulations of the characters on screen. It leaves you wanting for more. Hopefully, we'll see a full length production in the future.
