Ressler makes a handgun shot from several hundred yards into another building. Even a highly trained pistol expert could not make that shot.
Aram tells Ressler and Keen to "turn up" their portable radios so as to overload the girl's hearing aide. That type of portable radio has a fixed output for transmitting. They turned up the volume of their radios, which would have no effect on the girl's hearing aide.
Aram tells Ressler and Keen to use frequency 154.400. The radios they used have preset frequencies and as such the could not select that specific one. Also, that frequency is allocated by the F.C.C. to local law enforcement. The F.B.I. would not use this frequency.

When Geoffroy Keino pulls a Glock firearm on Iniko and tries to kill him, he pulls the trigger three times. Each time, the firearm makes a clicking sound as if it is failing to fire. On a real Glock firearm, only the first trigger pull would click. Subsequently, the trigger would stay locked in the rear position and would only attempt to fire again after racking the slide (pulling the top part of the weapon back).
Ressler and Keen leave an unarmed agent with the kid. The gun thug subsequently knocks him out and takes the kid. They also neglected to have agents in the building where they knew the suspect was located.
Aram says to turn off everything that could cause radio frequency interference (R.F.I.) including their comms and that they'd have to use walkies (portable radios). Portable radios work on radio frequencies just like their comms, so this was an invalid suggestion.
The new cleaners say they moonlight; their day job is for the D.C. police. Because Mr. Kaplan was shown cleaning in many locations, they would be unable to work as she did.
